Anyone need a running partner? I'm trying to keep from getting too comfortable. Besides, keeps productivity up.

Speaking of, anyone interested in robotics and engineering should get in touch with me. I'd like to see about upgrading the facilities at the education center so that we can use it to, well, push the boundaries of what's possible here.

That and, we could probably run a Robot WARS in the basement. Would be good to blow off some steam.

I'm not committing to teaching a class or anything, but I'd be willing to work with anyone interested in this.

[Here's Kanji and he's unmistakably in clothes. It takes a close look to figure out they're handmade and hey, they're a little rushed but it was a clothes emergency and he needed 'em, dammit!]

[He's been here for over a week now. Enough time to experience some of the weirdness and an apparent shift in ownership - though they were still trapped here. It was enough to distract him from the fact that ... they were still trapped here.

And when the days are normal and it's too easy to think about where he is, and where he isn't, he falls back on photography. Which is how he has spent the majority of this day, darting from place to place, sometimes only pausing long enough to line up a good shot before he's off again.

This is not creepy at all.

[It's very creepy. He would almost like to stay shut up in his apartment, if he hadn't seen many small black buggy things crawling up the walls and across the floor. He noped out of there as fast as his legs would carry him.

He grabbed his camera at least, and if anything, the foggy atmosphere might make for some good photos. And it's fine, for a while. Until he starts to see wiggly, crawly black spots dart around from the corner of his eyes - gone by the time he turns to look. And there's a constant, low buzzing, like a giant killer wasp is hovering around somewhere behind him at all times.

He feels itchy all over, and shudders more than once. Most especially when he tries to escape into a store and grabs a piece of fruit to eat, only to find it infested. He chucks it in the trash with a frustrated whine.]

[The communicator is easy to figure out, once he stops gawking at the dome and all its wonders - still not entirely convinced it's not a coma dream as he lays dying on the train tracks - and takes the time to mess with it. If he's going to be here a while, he might as well get to know the population.
