This hurricane's chasing us all underground

Who: Brien, Hyemi, Lotti, Rowan
When: That is such an awesome question
Where: Tunnel of Lo-HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT ;_;

Rowan's feet were freezing. She huffed irritably and tried to find a more comfortable position. She made to roll over, and promptly slid a few more inches down the incline. She was now up to her knees in water. ...the hell?

Rowan's eyes snapped open, and she still felt that heavy sensation. That was what had happened. She'd been at the dance, hating every second of it, and things had started to feel heavy. After that? Nothing. Where the hell was she? She could hardly see anything. The ground beneath her felt like some kind of metal. She was on an incline. She could hear water dripping. There was a light behind her, but it was small and flickering, and pointing the other way. Rowan looked around, and realized she wasn't alone. She couldn't tell who was with her, her eyes were still adjusting to the darkness. She took a deep breath and pushed up, trying to find flatter ground. "Um... hello?" Her voice echoed. This was bad. "Wake up. Somebody, wake up. We're in trouble."

Hungry like the wolf

Who: Jo and Lotti
Where: The Summers residence
When: Late afternoon

Today had been a pretty full day for Jo, what with class and voluntary work afterwards. When she arrived home she was dragging her feet, and while her mother insisted everyone put their things away as soon as they got home to avoid clutter this time Jo just threw her messenger bag on the couch and threw herself on it right after. Immediately her stomach started grumbling violently and Jo decided to put off the passing out on the couch for a few minutes to raid the kitchen. Coming back to the living room Jo was carrying the biggest sandwich she could possibly eat without dislodging her jaw, and a glass of orange juice. Setting the food on the coffee table Jo pulled off her boots and turned the television on to watch a rerun of some sitcom.

It was then that Jo found it strange that she hadn't found anybody between the living room and the kitchen. "Helloooo?" She called, mouth full of food. "Anybody home?"

The war outside our door keeps raging on

Who: Lizzy and Lotti
When: After Lizzy leaves the hospital
Where: Lotti's house
What: Lizzy visits the injured

Seeing Winifred still had the blonde witch a little thrown off her game. She was normally bright and bubbly and she had been that way when she had entered the hospital room. But the second she saw the machines and how frail the other witch looked in that bed, it was like she'd hit a wall of reality and she was forced to stop and take it in. People had died in that bombing. Winifred could have died. Lotti could have died. It was something that shook her to her very core and she wished she had her familiar with her, not for protection, but for comfort. That was, after all, what she was supposed to be doing by visiting her friends, right?

Lotti's mother let her in and she looked like she was fretting over the injuries in her family. She wasn't surprised by this at all, especially after Lotti's texts about her mother hovering and worrying. If Lizzy were in her shoes, she would have been as well. She found her friend on the couch and she plopped down next to her, glad to see it was only really the cast that was her glaring injury. It made her feel a little more at ease. "So first demons and now random bombers... What is up with the world?" she said, trying to come off light hearted but sounding more concerned than anything else.

To die by your side, well the pleasure - the privilege is mine

Who: Jo, Lotti, Venus and Trent
Where: The Broadway bridge!
When: 11:37 and onwards

This march was a very important event in Jo's opinion. It was kind of like they were all telling the nay-sayers "we're here, we're different, get over it" which other groups had been doing for years...and not really getting to have an easier time of life, but there it was. If you asked Jo the only way people would eventually stop protesting against things people couldn't help was if you shoved the truth in their face. And this felt very much like that to her.

She was happy to be with her sister Lotti, to whom everything was awesome and fun. She cheered everyone up with her very presence, what better company could Jo have asked for?

A fun game ensued between them, in which they would smell the people around them and either identify their 'races' or not, depending on whether or not they had smelled that kind of scent before. Jo didn't know many scents, mostly other weres, elementals and psychics - only she couldn't differentiate them by specifics. It was still fun. She was pointing out a were-rabbit ahead of them when the horrible and humongous sound of something blowing up (she had seen enough movies to recognize that noise, surely) sounded behind her. Jo turned around to see what it was, and the next thing she knew she was the one flying backwards, or forward (she wasn't sure) going to drop on her back, very uncomfortably, in pain and coughing over the dust and smoke.

The air around her filled with such smoke she couldn't see much of anything, and her back really ached. "Nnnnyaaaahhhhh what the hell!" She protested, trying to look around her for her sister. "Lotti? Lotti you there? Jesus fuck I can't see a thing."
