Who: Chloe, Leeloo (NPC) and Laurent
Where: Community Park
When: Late, late evening
The weather wasn't exactly pleasant, which made Chloe quite sad given the great timing of her sheer need for outdoors activities. She had been working a lot lately, always confined in small spaces with not a genuine breeze to call her own - so much so she could barely conjure up her own breezes, most of the time. Leeloo hadn't been out recently either, and for both those reason Chloe decided to brave the overcast, drizzly weather and come to be lying on a bench, her
hoodie pulled up and Leeloo sitting quietly next to the bench, tongue hanging out in a mix of happiness and exhaustion from having ran around so much in the last five minutes.
"Are you sure I can't have some skittles?" the beagle asked for the tenth time, causing Chloe to giggle and roll her eyes.
"Yes. Familiar or not, you're not supposed to eat candy, it's bad for your health." She answered, munching on a couple more skittles as she spoke. Leeloo seemed to harrumph, but didn't say anything else. Until a bit later, that is.
"Are we waiting for the rain?""No, we're enjoying the air, the breeze, the pure uncut oxygen." Chloe closed her eyes, momentarily forgetting the skittles in her hand, and said hand in mid-air, en (interrupted) route to her mouth. She briefly worried about the 'dangers of the night', but that thought was replaced by remembering she was about to eat some skittles.
"Makes sense." Said Leeloo, sliding on her front paws into a laying position.
"I was getting worried you seemed to be getting stir crazy."And she had reason to, considering Chloe did feel like she might go mad if another day passed that she didn't spend with the wind in her face - however little that wind was.
