Are you making ribs for dinner again tonight? By the way I hate you right now. I don't want to eat ribs. You know how I feel about eating animals. Let's have salads. Stupid thief. Theft is wrong! The President says so! I HATE YOU I HATE YOU YOU MEANIEBUTT.

So, uhm. I hate these so much I just got here and I hear there are a lot of things that have happened in the last couple of weeks. Anyone mind giving me a rundown so I know all the hot spots to haunt. Haunt is still a hip word, right? Dark places are always nice, possibly of questionable repute. I've done a little research, but it never hurts to get a couple of suggestions. Also, if anyone has any sorts of errands or odd jobs they need done. I've got a long list of skills and a lot of time on my hands.

I blame my upbringing on this, but I do have a question for most of you. At what point do we term the current situation with the vigilantes - these killers - the conflict with the gangs - all of these difficult things - as an actual crisis? I write as a hobby and wanted a public opinion before recording current events.

So this would be your forum, would it? Well of coarse it is, what else wood it be? Sticking out in the middle of everything, practically says it write their.

But moving on. Seeing as how all you people are likely more established in this particular location than myself and my compatriot, would any of you possibly know of wear a man could find himself a respectable establishment for the purisut of knowledge or more specifically the perusal of same? I'm looking to brush up on lawspeak, and find myself disappointingly low on materials.

Busy Sunday?

Apparently we're supposed to be worrying about 'dreams' according to the Cipher. What are we supposed to do exactly? Run on caffeine pills and coffee in order to keep awake 24/7? That'll be plenty useful when we drop from exhaustion. It would make for a funny episode in the life of Creations.

Alright. Like any other resourceful businessman of a certain age (who had two older sisters to instill great fear of the faux pas upon him), I feel fairly capable of dressing myself appropriately for a variety of occasions. I usually look forward to the process, actually. Until tonight. This time there are simply too many choices, and I've been hit with staggering indecision. This is a last-minute fashion emergency, Seattle.

Does anyone here work downtown? My car was totaled damaged in the parking garage yesterday and I have no other means of transportation. If anyone works in the vicinity of 9th street, I would appreciate a ride. I am more than willing to reimburse for gas.

Really? You come into my bar, you play by my rules. I really couldn't care less what your motivation for being a dick is, either. It isn't my problem that your girlfriend kicked you out. Harassing my staff is not the answer. Acting like a complete fool is not the answer. Whining when you get your ass handed to you is also not the answer.

People. How obnoxious.

The routine this week is the same. If you've been to the bar before, you're on file. Enjoy my hospitality – but don't take advantage. It makes me so cranky. People who eat free don't drink alcohol. No one under 21 drinks either. My bartenders have seen every fake ID on the planet; don't bother trying. It just offends me... and offending me is a great way to be banned from Phantasia permanently.

I hate trying to figure out what to say on these things.

One couldn't call a forum the most unusual thing to be seen, especially in a world such as this. However, it doesn't change the fact the peculiarities behind this network. Here we are via different methods and means, but lumped together based on one fact: we don't belong here. None of us do. If you came over as a child or only last week, it doesn't change the fact. Surely you've seen the changes that mark us differnet from the locals.

So tell me. Why move into one of these buildings? They're only open to those from Musings, reserved for all of us who are continually out of place. If you read this message, why are you? You didn't need to open your computer, you didn't need to get on these forums. You didn't need to move into Hamartia, Bathos, or Abade. Peer pressure is even above that.

We've kept quiet for so long - or have attempted to keep quiet. Why give it up now? Is it loneliness? Can't take being away from home? Are we supposed to gather for therapy, dealing with our newfound mortality and sudden arrival of powers? Or do we carry on, as we have for years before this, merely attempting to fit in?

Just by being here, you must realize, you've admitted it.
