Okay, Seattle, would you care to let summer come, finally? It's the summer solstice, and fog is all over the city. What the actual hell. Is it too hard to ask for a little normalcy in this city? (I know I bitch about being bored, but I'd rather be bored and be able to actually leave my damn apartment.)

[Spider-Man waited a few minutes to calm himself down before going on the comm, but his voice still betrays his injuries. His breaths are slow and labored, and when he does speak, his voice is a bit hoarse.]

Okay, so I've got a question for all of you guys. And girls, this question is gender-neutral. Can someone please explain to me why it seems that when you look at the whack jobs this city seems to pop out like the Duggers pop out babies, the men are all pretty ugly and the women are all ridiculously hot? Is it a self-esteem thing, like the guys want to compensate and the girls just like the power their looks give them? Discuss. Inquiring spiders want to know.

Guess who's the star of Seattle Shakespeare Company's Twelfth Night? I haven't landed a role in a bit, so I'm really, really excited. Previews begin June 30th and opening is the July 7th. I better see ALL of you there.

Still trying to figure out the perfect costume for this party, but I'm looking forward to it! And frankly planning on pre-gaming a bit beforehand, just in case it turns out to be a bore. Anyone else is welcome to join me.

So who's enjoying the weather now? I've got my spidey swim trunks out of the closet, someone point me to the best pool in Seattle. [He skips a beat.] So we've got half of the Weatherman mystery solved, but that still leaves the Bodysnatcher out and about. Anyone made any progress? [Another pause.] And I've also got news about that lovely Doctor that's been on the news and forums, crazy bird and dog guy? He's moved up the food chain again.

[When the snow stops, it stops almost all at once, ending in the space of about ten minutes in the evening. By the next morning the temperature is finally climbing again, and by the end of the day there are rivers of snowmelt running down the city's streets. It doesn't start up again - this time, it's gone for good.]

Okay, guys. I don't know how many of you are proficient in the internets, but the Weatherman isn't backing down. He found the Bodysnatcher and it's not looking good. As much as I hate to agree with the thieving douchebag, we need to take the Weatherman out. I can handle the weather and still stay mobile, so point me and shoot. Who's got an idea on how to find him?

Shouldn't the rich give to the poor? Why should the few have so much, when the many have so little?

So, that Mask in the paper today. Spider-Man? Sort of saved my life the other night from some shady creeps. And here I thought he was just some cross-dresser working the corner during the snow storm.

The Weatherman was the victim of Creation-caused crime. Someone body-snatched or mind-controlled him. He thinks this same person abducted someone, a girl named Wren or R. Maheu. He thinks freezing Seattle will get this person to come clean.

Okay, now maybe I'm just a wimp, but I think we need to get a sort of Mask networking site and warn people about this city. Between the zombie birds and the freak snowstorms, I think we all should be given plenty of time to up our medical insurance. Speaking of those zombie birds, anything undead and creepy start crawling around the city lately? I'd ask if that Fawkes guy is a zombie, but I imagine the Weekly World News would have that covered. And what's his deal anyway, aside from making clowns jealous?
