If you're not busy for thanksgiving....

So there's been a lot in the news about vigilantes and heroes lately. I'm still just getting into the groove of things here, so I don't know if this is a common theme here in Seattle, but I'm curious about all your opinions, fellow semi-anonymous forum friends.

Vigilantes: good, bad, necessary, useless?

To everyone on the 1st and 2st floors of the Hamartia, I'm really sorry about the sudden increase in beer in the hallway and dripping down through the ceiling. We were brewing our own beer and everything was going fine until the tub exploded. I'm still trying to figure out how this happened, because I was really careful about filling it to make sure it didn't do it. I had it filled straight to the brim so there was no way it could expand or anything. I'm gonna figure out what happened so next time it doesn't explode. But in the meantime, enjoy the free beer and let us know how it tastes.

Now that's out of the way.

If anyone has any idea how to use one of these [...] Itouch things, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm completely useless at these things, far too many buttons and the instructions they give are complete rubbish at explaining it.  8 thousand languages, and they can't give a comprehensive explanation in a single one. What is the world coming to; things never used to be this bloody complicated. I half expected it to toast bread as well, but alas no such luck.

Got to admit, sometime I get tired of all this gray cloud.

If you - general you, darlings - are an hour and a half late for work, the reason should never be that your bad hair day gave you a conniption.

It has come to my attention that there seems to be a strange, prevailing notion that I am dead. I am here to tell you that, well.

Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

Now’s probably the worst time to be doing this, seeing as how it’s the 1st of the month and all our wallets are lighter. But if anyone needs anything fixed around this place I can probably help out. I'm usually pretty handy. I’ve been here for a few weeks and had to fix the sink twice.

Maybe I’m just a lucky one but figured it wouldn’t hurt to offer. Guess that goes for anyone outside of the Hamartia too.

So, uhm. I hate these so much I just got here and I hear there are a lot of things that have happened in the last couple of weeks. Anyone mind giving me a rundown so I know all the hot spots to haunt. Haunt is still a hip word, right? Dark places are always nice, possibly of questionable repute. I've done a little research, but it never hurts to get a couple of suggestions. Also, if anyone has any sorts of errands or odd jobs they need done. I've got a long list of skills and a lot of time on my hands.
