I know I've been hanging around in Seattle way too long when the apocalypse comes. Our baby is all grown up, and you don't need me around anymore, so it's time to go spread chaos, panic, and disorder somewhere else. I'll miss you and shit, and you know I'll be swinging back by Seattle someday to see how you and the station are getting along. Hey, so since I won't be around for your birthday I went ahead and left your present now. It's supposed to make sure you don't forget me, not that you could, right?

Hung on the back of his chair is a particularly tacky navy blue sweater with a howling wolf knitted on the front. It smells faintly of her perfume, but the scent will fade entirely within a few days.

So it's that time of year again, when the trees are up and the crazies are out and there is a return of everyone's favorite seasonal segment, "oh shit She-Wolf hasn't even started her shopping." That's where you beautiful people come in.

So here are the rules, for those of you who don't remember me doing the same damn thing last year. Small businesses, locally owned is my favorite. Fair trade. I do shop online, so websites are fair game. And hey, all you crafty people out there, this is a perfect time to give yourself some free advertising.
