It seemed some of you weren't exploring a full spectrum of your already limited emotional expressions. We tried to give you something of a boost yesterday and somehow you repay us with rule breaking. How very disappointing especially for the following offenders:

Jack for once wakes first and Ianto's still sleeping so peacefully that he magnanimously decides not to wake him but gets up to relieve himself and wash. Ianto's still sleeping when he comes back so he quietly gets dressed and then saunters out into the kitchen to surprise him with a morning cup of tea, scooping up his headset as he goes to catch up on what's happening in the world (or at least the Dome) this morning.

And then he hears the morning announcement and he goes stock still for a long moment, the colour draining from his face along with his good mood. He slams down the mug in his hand with enough force that it cracks loudly and shatters. And storms thunderously back into the bedroom, staring down at Ianto (who must have been woken by the noise) in disbelief.

"You – you – what the fuck did you do???"

[ So that happened. It sure did. It happened so very much and where he'd normally lock himself in the apartment and drink until he can't remember his own name, that's not really a thing he can do today. Confined to sector 3. Rebecca's sector. Pretty much the only person in this entire godforsaken fishbowl he could talk to about this, if he was going to talk about it, which he isn't entirely convinced he will just yet.

Still, here he is, outside her door, raising his hand to knock and then dropping it and then raising it again and- ugh fine okay here we go. Knock knock. ]

[Martha listened to the morning announcement as she got dressed, though she stopped mid-pulling on her pants when they read off the names and punishments. It was the act of falling over that brought her back to her senses. She started to call Jack, and then thought better of it. Chances were neither him, nor Ianto, were currently up for talking now anyway. Not to her. There were other things she could do.]

Afternoon Drs. Phanan and Karev. I know I've been back for a while and haven't even paid you a visit. I'm sorry about that. That being said, I understand you both run the clinic now. Would it be possible to add me back into the rotation?

This afternoon we're going to do a thing. Be at the headquarters. If you know someone who isn't a member, but they're interested in joining you can bring them too. [She knows it may not be the best day after hearing this morning's announcement, but since the wardens played with them yesterday she knows the day should be clear of their interference and they have some new recruits so they should probably all meet each other.]

[The thing in question is on the roof of the headquarters. Kitty brought food and drinks which thankfully she did not prepare. It's all snack-sized finger foods. She wants everyone to have a chance to know their teammates better. She isn't going to force any group activities but there are some tables and chairs for people who want to relax more or maybe play a game. She did leave a few decks of cards out.]
