[Closed Video to Nathan]
[Sarah looks sadder than she has in a long time. Maybe ever. It turned out that pearl had really been helping her keep various emotions at bay.]
Hi Nathan. You know that message that went around? From Sam? Well, I got rid of the pearl, like he said. I didn't want to, but he said it was bad and... I don't want to be influenced by something that was bad. But... I'm sorry. I... I really did like it. And it doesn't mean I don't want to be your friend. OK?
Action
Sarah spent most of her morning in her room trying to make everything better. Happiness wasn't exactly something she had a difficult time with, but here she was, just sad. Toby was still kidnapped, and everyone here seemed to have friends from home. Sarah hated it.
Finally, realizing she'd spent enough of her time moping, she made her way to the Pet Cafe. Puppies at least can make you smile right? Which, they helped. It wasn't perfect, but it was something. She spent quite a bit of time there, eventually feeling the sadness reach a point where it wasn't quite so present.
Her next stop was the library. Though she still looked down compared to normal, Sarah was determined to get back to normal. Besides she had two topics on her mind - how to be a functioning adult (even if she was still a teenager), and how to kiss better because of those stupid bots. Next time they came around, she'd be prepared. Only she didn't want anyone to see those books, so she grabbed a giant book on art as well, to cover them both up.
[Find her either in the pet cafe or the library. I'm cool with either.]
