[ Closed to Jane Crocker, Jake English, and whichever cherub is awake at the moment ]

Where are you?

[ Open ]

Who wants to start some hardcore prison barter system? Give me your candy bar for my piece of cabbage or I'll shank you with my toothbrush, etc.

Actually, are we even still calling it "prison"? This place has a more backwater feel to it than MarinaNova, so I feel some slang is in order. "The slammer", maybe? "The clink" implies metal cell bars, so I don't think that's appropriate. "The big house". I don't know, I'm still relatively new to this life of crime shit. Thoughts?

[Welcome to a lovely shot of Rebecca, who adjusts the camera gently. Something quite amiss in the picture is her usual set of heavy duty earphones, a change she's evidently not used to herself with how she keeps touching her ear. But other notable things in frame include how she's taken scissors to her scrub-top and cut it into a darkish-dyed cropped tank top. She's still working on the rest of the outfit, but individuality despite circumstances is a Thing.]

So, hey. Hope you guys are adjusting. Not sure I am, but that's not the point.

Got a few ideas, actually! One, if you haven't already, go get your slammer welcome pack. It includes rations, which might be new to you. Not the most inspiring hand out nor is it really all that much, but to cure that I thought I'd see if anyone wanted to throw in together. A potato by itself's kinda sad, but if ten or so people toss theirs in we might be able to make some pretty rad potato dish instead. Mashed? Boiled. Whoooa, sky's the limit here. [Purposely overacting that part.]

And if you know any cool ways to cook up dishes with the few things we've got, I'll field recipes too. Plain rice by itself is going to get old real quick, mark my words.

Hey, just checking in. Been taking a bit of a walk actually, who else has done the same?

[This video feed is sent out a little later on than her first with a locale change; switching to her hand on a chain link fence the camera takes in a brief shot of the farm area outside.] Those totally look like chickens way over there. And I don't know what's being grown, but I'm nosy and curious. I was wondering if anyone wanted to go investigate that side of the fence later. I'd hop it now but it seems smarter to at least have someone give me a boost. [Or you know, be around in case those are alien, people-eating chickens instead.]

I'm not going to steal any birds though, you carnivores can do that much yourselves. I'm more interested in their eggs. Aannd I filtered this to you guys because I didn't really wanna inspire people hopping fences to find surprises on the other side, y'know? Figured we should check things out first.

[ It's the middle of what could be the afternoon, could be early evening.

After Euphemia's post, Damara had sought Caliborn out. The princess gave her some sort of inspiration, some sort of idea, and after confirming the lack of a rules page on this device... she thinks it is as good a time as any to act it out. The lack of a rules page wouldn't be anything other than deliberate, she thinks, and though she does not know it, she's very right.

So she finds Caliborn. It's not hard; he's loud and colorful. And he himself suggests exactly what she's thinking: let's go kill Japanese people. But Damara insists on any person, so the two of them go off in search of a weapon. They find it in the kitchen: it is a heavy cast iron skillet. They were looking for knives, but Damara prefers blunt objects to stabbing, so there they go. They leave the kitchen, pans in tow, and wander the dome.

If you look at them, you'll probably get approached. If you try to walk away without commentary, the two will exchange a look and follow after. Their goal is simple: hurt as many people as possible by any means necessary. And considering there's two of them, they'll probably get to. ]

[[ OOC: Hello, Marina! Today, Damara and Caliborn are going to make attempts on people's lives. They won't actually succeed/ will stop before they get that far, but if you'd like your character to get injured, please specify in your tag that it's so, and how far you'd like it to go. Keep in mind too that another option is just getting threatened and talked to, so please let us know in your comment, or contact me on plurk. And also: fighting back is definitely a thing that will happen with any victims, but we'd like to request that no one actually succeed at stopping them, because we have plans for this. Otherwise, let's rock n roll! ]]
