WEATHER: Heavy rain.

EVENTS: The rain is making things difficult for recovery work, as there are still countless missing. Water and air elementals are of a lot of help down at the scene. Classes for the fall semester at the University of Michigan start tomorrow.

The next full moon is only a few days away, happening on September 4th, but everyone can be expecting a much more somber public treatment than last time. Authorities and shelters are still offering aid to bitten weres, but no public activities have been announced - nor are they expected.
