that's what fake girlfriends are for!
Who: Locke, Cole, and Bunny
When: 4ish
Where: Cole’s house
Bunny was trying to be a good fake girlfriend. She had decided a good way to do this would be to visit Cole after school since he hadn’t been in school that day, and bring him a present. And also bring him the friend she was now certain he was secretly gay for. Wasn’t that nice? Locke had almost put a wrench in her plans with his little admission earlier, but he had agreed to it. Bunny really couldn’t blame Cole for not liking Angeline. She sure didn’t like Angeline, not that she had told Locke that. She’d certainly considered it though.
As she and Locke walked up the Landers driveway together, Bunny slipped her totally kick-ass Gizmo backpack off her shoulders, and began routing around inside for her gift to Cole. "I'm glad you decided to come," she told Locke. "We haven't all seen as much this summer as I would have liked. I'm sorry that I kind of... sucked, for half of it. I know you've been through hell lately. Forgive me?" She looked up at him with a hopeful smile. Faking it was getting easier every day.
