What, exactly, does this place offer in the way of entertainment? I know not everyone is working and even I can only read for so long. Though I am finding the history of this timeline fascinating. It's not the Earth that Was from my world but the similarities are obviously there.

You were having fun at the Luau. With Kaylee, I mean. It was nice to see, you don't get to have fun that often.

I'm happy to report that once we're back on the Enterprise I'll be serving as a counselor with medical along with chaplain. If anyone has anything they'd like to discuss, I'll be more than happy to listen and everything is, of course, confidential.

Considering everything, I can't say I'm entirely surprised to find myself here. Not much takes me by surprise anymore.

My name is Dr. Simon Tam. I'm looking for any others who might have come to this world with me. We were traveling on a Firefly class ship called the Serenity...which is much less classy and far more rustic than this one. Not that I wasn't grateful at the time.
