In advance of our stop at Risa, I've been tasked with putting together our accommodations list.

If you could please let me know which type of accommodation you'd like and if you have a preference as to whom you'd like to stay with. I will do my best to accommodate, but we have a limited bank of rooms so not everyone will be placed where they'd like to be.

Your choices:

2-4 people in a bungalow on the water
4-8 people in an inland treehouse
Up to 12 people in a condominium-style residence in the main resort proper

You know, when I was a kid, Halloween meant pulling fire alarms, throwing a brick through your principal's window, and adults sitting on their front steps firing buckshot to keep the kids away. Pretty sure I still had a pellet lodged in my bicep until the arm came off.

Probably a weird thing to miss.

I'm going to take a break from more formal art lessons tomorrow and run a workshop on making Halloween decorations, if anyone is interested. I think I've got enough by way of arts and craft supplies to make some door wreaths as well, if you're not into the Halloween spirit.

There will be pumpkins.

Touch football, in Halloween costumes, this Saturday morning at 10 AM. No powers, no tackling, pregamming encouraged.

Sara Lance and I will be team captains. You know you want to play, so feel free to show up.

EDIT: We're going to throw a rager down on the holodeck, same day, around 7 PM. Halloween costumes are mandatory and there will be loads of drinking, so if you have kids, get sitters.

There's a part of me that's still waiting to wake up. I'm in space. I'm actually living in space and Jenna is here and I'm learning about medical technology that's beyond anything I ever could have imagined. It's incredible, but it's also really daunting.

Even after almost two weeks, I can't believe any of this is real.

After taking a few days to confirm that either I'm in the future and in space, or dead, I have decided that I'm just going to go with this, whatever this may be. It's easier on my mind and no one needs that kind of stress.

Unrelated, I'm an idiot and how do you tell someone you're sorry for confirming that they bite it in their future?

The plan was to get on a plane, not a space ship. Not that plans ever actually work. There's no where near enough wine for this.
