I realized I've been here for a little while now, and I've yet to actually post anything myself, or introduce myself to many people. Hi, I'm Isabelle Lightwood. My areas of interest are in fighting, fashion and forensic pathology.

Anyone have any suggestions on how someone could fill any of those interests around here?

Ah, October. The month where my husband spends his free time trying to scare me with bits of fake blood and various masks and it all culminates in a costume party that really is rather spectacular.

Is Halloween even a thing in the 23rd Century? I doubt it'd be the American version that I know involving kids, candy, and dressing up given the lack of kids on the ship.

I did have an idea for an event you could all hold, though not necessarily for Halloween. A murder mystery party. Castle's quite good at killing people on paper.

I'm not quite sure with the stardate system, but I think yesterday was my birthday? I never would have imagined celebrating it in space this year.

It's been said a number of times already, but I think losing our new friends is the hardest part of being here. I'm sorry to everyone who lost someone they cared for.

Right, so I think we have a good list of ideas and I'd like to see us start to implement something soon. With such a large number of travelers leaving and all the uncertainty of who could be next, I think we could all use a little morale boosting, yeah?

Rick, I really like your laser tag idea. What do we need to do to make that happen? Shall we do a Saturday in place of the regular lounge event or schedule for another time. I also think running with the movie night that was suggested is a good idea. Maybe work on setting up the carnival, too? Laser tag and the carnival would be well-suited for the holodeck, yeah?

Once, a girl far younger and smarter than I told me her life's motto. She was all of 15 at the time, brimming with that self-confidence and excitement that I think is innate to every teenager. You're invincible at that age, ready to conquer the world and vanquish the demons. To be the hero and all of that.

When she said it ("Do the thing that you fear the most."), sitting in a coffee shop sipping an espresso and nibbling on a cookie, I thought it was a sweet sentiment. It was the sort of thing that I would have also said at that age, but that the experience of life and all of the pain that comes with it eventually knocked out of me. That girl eventually became my step-daughter, though it's not quite a mother/daughter relationship between the two of us, and several years into her 20s, she's still living that motto. Fear never stopped her from doing anything.

Alexis has been on my mind for a few different reasons as of late. I find myself wondering what she's doing at home, if she got into that summer internship program she was gunning for, or if she's finally asked out the lab partner that she had been flirting with for most of her spring semester. Is she happy? Is she still barrelling through life with her father's charm and her grandmother's spirit? We've got no way to know here and it makes me sad.

I wish there was more rhyme or reason to which people are brought to the ship and which are taken away. My dolzhny tost za nashikh otstavshikh druzey.

I think I've gotten used to this ship a little, so I should introduce myself. I'm Molly Hooper, formerly from London, England. It's a pleasure to meet all of you I've bumped into so far.

I promised Katie and Alicia that I'd ask again, so here it is: anyone on the ship interested in learning to play quidditch? It's the popular sport in my world and we've got the necessary equipment to play and several people that can teach anyone who wants to learn. The conditions are that you can't be afraid of heights, you have to have reasonably good balance to stay on your broom, and understand that you might get hurt while playing. It's bloody good fun but it's also dangerous, and I don't want anyone to decide to do this without being very clear about the risks.

Of course, we have a good Medical team that can patch you up if you do get hurt.

I suppose we can do a demonstration of sorts if anyone wanted to see what it's like. It won't be a proper game, we would need seven per side for that, but you could get a general idea.

Well, I guess it's time to celebrate new positions.

I've made some new cocktails just for the occasion!

Hello, everyone! For those I haven't met yet, I'm Katie Bell. If you've looked at Dr. McCoy's announcement, you know I've just been appointed the lead morale officer, which means it's my job to help keep you lot entertained.

I thought I'd start with a poll of sorts. What kinds of things would you like to see on the ship in terms of entertainment? What sorts of things did you do at home for fun? I and the rest of my team want to make sure everyone has plenty to do, so if you have any requests, now if the time!

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out. I'm looking to get my hands on a piece of black kyanite, but I have no idea if there would even be any on this ship, or...in this area of space?

Can anyone tell me if there is any available on this ship/if anyone on board might have it? I need it for a spell I want to do to help out my friend. I'm trying to help him out in dealing with being near so many moons, because it seems to be impacting his werewolf side slightly (which he has not not been keeping a secret, so if anyone is feeling concerned, I'm not outing him). Space travel isn't usually a concern back home, so I want to make it easier for him.

New arrivals will see this upon first PADD login after their debriefing and physical

To the crew of the Starship Enterprise and its Travelers:

We are now more than half a year into this anomaly that has brought this crew and the travelers together. In that time the Federation has spent some resources on the research of this phenomenon, but has thus far not been able to find the cause.

After a discussion with Captain Kirk and with approval from the Federation and Starfleet, we are taking over research of this anomaly. This will allow travelers of different fields of expertise to put their knowledge to use in ways we can no longer support as additional crew of this vessel. If Enterprise crew members are also interested in participating, this cannot be a full-time transfer and your time must be approved by Captain Kirk.

The new research crew will consist for the following teams:

• Astrophysicists - This team will study the nebula and its unique properties to determine what caused the time rupture.
  
• Quantum Physicists - This team will study the space-time continuum and determine the nature of this particular rupture, including if we can control the flow of arrivals and departures.
  
• Physics Liaisons - This team is tasked with combining the intel of the other two teams to find connections between nebula properties and the time-rupture properties. Suited for scribes, analysts, or those with expertise in both fields.
  
• Researchers - This team will be given access to all Starfleet and Federation knowledge on temporal anomalies. Their research will be provided to the other teams. This team will be given direct access to classified documents written by Ambassador Spock prior to his death.
  
• Morale Officers - Separate from the official duties of the Traveler Liaison Program, Morale Officers will be tasked with keeping spirits up and suggesting ship changes to the Enterprise crew for added comfort. They will also be in charge of Traveler-specific activities that do not coincide with shore leave.
  

Other teams may be added as needed. To become part of one of these programs, please fill out the provided application at the end of this announcement. Interview questions may follow the completion of your application prior to approval.
