Ship's Log | To Boldly Go

Based on the arrival log, I hope there's not about to be a bad situation here. It's two people from my world...in my timeline they fall in love and get married. But she could well be from a time when she was trying to kill him. And he just arrived again. Which version he is, I don't know, but...any of you in charge types have a plan if things go bad anywhere along the line?

Why does my family have to be so hard at times? *sigh*

We call our New Year's back home Fete. It's not quite the same, but the drinking and partying is familiar. I'm lookin' forward to it. I swear I won't get so drunk I do anything stupid, though.

[Ben Kenobi filter] I was wondering...you up to maybe giving me a few pointers in case I remember 'em back home? How does someone deal with raising Force-sensitive kids? They're past the toddler years, thank goodness, but I still feel way outta my league most of the time and glad they got Luke. They're good kids and all, but I just wish I could help 'em more. I usually don't even know what they're talking about a lot of the time.

I just wonder if their mom and Luke were as energetic and stubborn and smart growing up. Or Anakin for that matter.

Am I to understand many of you celebrate the new year by getting completely plastered?

Now, I'm pretty much alone.

I'll keep on managing but I'll miss my family.

At least there's still one or two from my world, even if not the same timeline. That's nice anyway.

The question is, what version of Mara Jade we getting? I better figure it out pretty quick. Anyway, if you read this, Jade....hello, anyway.

I just hope it's not the version trying to kill Luke, even if he isn't here....

This place is getting more and more annoying at how people come and go.

Maybe I'll get lucky and the kids'll come back sometime. I'm glad they're happy at least.

Has it ever happened that there were two versions of someone here at once? I'm curious if my version of my wife might still show up.

So it looks like we're roommates now. Name's Han Solo, or just call me Captain. Not captain of this ship, I got my own when I'm not here. I tend not to be too hard to get along with, most of the time. Hopefully we can make things work pretty well.

I couldn't help noticing one of the names on the arrival board...but unless there's something else no one's told me yet, I don't think the other guy's from the same Solo family the rest of us here are.

Well, at least I broke even at the casino. Don't think I can afford to push it much further, though.

Still not sure I'll like it. Getting lost and dehydrated is still too fresh from that trip to Tattooine.

I never thought of this place and the anomaly that brought us all here as being particularly cruel before but it is.

Where's my spaceship? Silver, RW6 model, almost new? See, it's not mine, I kind of borrowed it. My dad's going to be really annoyed if I don't get it back to Lamuella eventually. I could just go search all your cargo bays myself, but that'd take a lot of time and effort, so I'm just asking.

Actually, I have another question. You're human? Really, honestly, homo sapiens from Earth human?
