They tell me this is space and I have traveled to the future. The absurdity of those two apparent truths is lessened by the fact that this introduction comes under the supervision of a pleasant girl who shares my face. Or whose face I share. The semantics are not important. We also happen to be sharing a bottle of vodka, which may be why I seem to be coming to the reluctant acceptance phase of having my world turned upside down. It is good I have much practice at it.

I am Gaby. Apparently you have already been subjected to two friends of mine, Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin. I apologize for any trouble they might have caused during their time here. They are at varying stages of being house-trained.

In advance of our stop at Risa, I've been tasked with putting together our accommodations list.

If you could please let me know which type of accommodation you'd like and if you have a preference as to whom you'd like to stay with. I will do my best to accommodate, but we have a limited bank of rooms so not everyone will be placed where they'd like to be.

Your choices:

2-4 people in a bungalow on the water
4-8 people in an inland treehouse
Up to 12 people in a condominium-style residence in the main resort proper

So who else is looking forward to getting off this ship for a few days of fun?

As I am intimately acquainted with Risa from many visits throughout my life times, ask me anything you might not want to ask the Captain. My previous host died there in the arms of a very lovely lady.

I've got an announcement for crew and travelers alike. Starfleet has approved a shore leave request so the Enterprise is making its way to a planet called Risa. Check it out on your PADD. Its nickname is the pleasure planet so everyone will have something to do. ETA is about a week and a half. Any questions? Ask away.

Preeeeesenting, better late than never the Enterprise's first Murder Mystery Night, as written by yours truly, with consultation from Kate. If you'd like to mentally travel back to the 1940s for a good, old-fashioned dinner party murder mystery, then please join us in the Lounge on Saturday, November 11th at 7:00. There will be light hors d'ourves and of course whatever you want to order from the bar. And someone will die. Not really, just in the play. Hopefully.

Speaking of, I'm looking for some actors for the play. If you've always wanted to try your hand at creating a character then this could be for you. No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm. We'll try to fit in everyone who wants a part, so don't be shy. Plus, you get to wear a costume. I mean, come on.

It has taken some time for me to accept that this situation is real, and not some sort of illusion or test that I am being placed under. My name is Illya Kuryakin and I am from the Soviet Union in 1963. I am not, and have never been, an architect. I am a member of Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti, which in English is known as KGB. Many of you I am sure have heard of this. My job is mainly in intelligence, often in clandestine affairs. Naturally, I could not reveal myself until I felt that it was safe to do so.

The man you know as Napoleon Solo is my colleague from the Central Intelligence Agency. We have spoken about this and I am not compromising him without his permission. Any questions for him will have to be asked directly to him.

Just a question here from someone who can't take being cooped up, how often does this ship tend to dock? I get stir crazy being indoors for too long. And aside from sex, booze and the holodeck, what do people do to keep from climbing the bloody walls here?
