Ladies, care to join me on the holodeck for tonight's festivities?

For New Year, I will be hosting a celebrating in the holodeck with lots of alcohol and fireworks for those who wish to attend.

We call our New Year's back home Fete. It's not quite the same, but the drinking and partying is familiar. I'm lookin' forward to it. I swear I won't get so drunk I do anything stupid, though.

[Ben Kenobi filter] I was wondering...you up to maybe giving me a few pointers in case I remember 'em back home? How does someone deal with raising Force-sensitive kids? They're past the toddler years, thank goodness, but I still feel way outta my league most of the time and glad they got Luke. They're good kids and all, but I just wish I could help 'em more. I usually don't even know what they're talking about a lot of the time.

I just wonder if their mom and Luke were as energetic and stubborn and smart growing up. Or Anakin for that matter.

Based on the arrival log, I hope there's not about to be a bad situation here. It's two people from my world...in my timeline they fall in love and get married. But she could well be from a time when she was trying to kill him. And he just arrived again. Which version he is, I don't know, but...any of you in charge types have a plan if things go bad anywhere along the line?

Why does my family have to be so hard at times? *sigh*
