Ship's Log | To Boldly Go

They call this planet paradise, and in many ways it reminds me of where I grew up. Though with much fewer warriors, of course.

I cannot tell if it has made me feel more homesick, or less homesick. It's a very strange feeling.

This place is nice. It is - it really is. And I'm grateful to everyone who's been so helpful, and welcoming, and patient, even though I'm sure I haven't been the most fantastic company. It feels wrong, that's all, to be somewhere - nice. But I'm sure it's nice to meet you all. And I'm sure it'll be nicer, later.

For now, I'll just - be in the forest, I think. Or on the beach. Or in the sauna. I don't even know. Suggestions?
