I know genetics is your thing, but I just thought I'd ask if you happened to know anything about botany. Mr. Monarch wants to plant his exotic trees on the Monarch Industries grounds, but all the research I've been doing is suggesting we'll need to build a greenhouse first. Any insights?

I've chosen your architect. This is her business card. NDA forms have been signed and her background check has been cleared through Legal. She will be touring the areas adjoining the space for the new addition, accompanied by security at all times. Please do not make a pass at her. At least not until this project is complete. She's been told that it is a time-sensitive project and to expedite it as much as possible while keeping things to code and well-designed.

If possible, please let me know before you come down to the lab, so I can clear the area of anyone who does not wish to see your face.

I am assuming by this point that Mr. Monarch has requested a party and trees.

Please do not allow him to acquire a statue of himself. No matter how many times he may ask. It is entirely unnecessary and will likely make him even more insufferable. The two of us have discussed it, but I do not put it past him to request it nevertheless. (Also do not let him order a statue of me. I greatly doubt that he would, though he did threaten it.)
