Her phone was resting at her side. Lizzy was relaxed in the sun, happy and enjoying spending her birthday relaxing. Tonight was going to be awesome. Dinner with the family. Hanging out with Liam after. It was good and she was happy. Beyond happy. Sitting in the sunshine, book in hand, the blonde witch was perfectly at peace. Anora tweeted happily from the bird bath, enjoying another moment to cool down in the summer heat. Lizzy's phone had been going off all day, texts and calls from friends and family. It left the eighteen-year-old happy and feeling very positive.

She was curious as to what the people who had bought her gifts had gotten her. She would never deny the curiosity nor would she deny wanting gifts for her birthday. It was tradition and she liked it. Everyone liked their birthdays. At least generally. Anora fluttered over to her shoulder. "Someone's coming, Lizzy. Maybe it's your brother's friend?" The bird had been warned of Jace's coming over and what his present may or may not contain.
