Don't stop me now, I'm having such a good time

Who: Tobias Davidson and Mark Gardner
Where: Tobias' house to start
When: Early evening until god knows when XD
What: I believe the only proper phrase to use here is, "Boys will be boys."

One would think that, with what he'd been through and a 15-year-old son at home, Tobias would have gotten most of that out of his system by now. But then again, he had a friend like Mark, and Tobias never knew quite what to expect from him. )

Rendezvous, then I'm through with you. )

I Want Candy (Not Really)

Who: Alanna and Otter
Where: Snow White Sweets
When: 1:00 p.m.

Back to work. Okay, so he'd gone back before but this was the first time back since the thing in the alley that Otter didn't feel like half-heartedly making things. He actually wanted his cookies to be frosted right and his cakes to not be lopsided. Or his mother wanted that and had informed him of such with a smack upside the back of his head and that no-nonsense tone in her voice when she'd told him that he needed to shape up or else he wasn't going to be working until he did. Sure that'd give him more time in his garden to make sure it was in the best health ever, but it'd also mean less money. And he was a teenage boy, he could think of plenty of things to spend that money on.

Not like business was booming or anything. And Otter was definitely blaming it on the rain. Sitala wasn't arguing the point either, she hated being out in the rain and couldn't understand anyone who would like it. Maybe the mermaid. Or a water elemental... no one with sense. Otter snickered at the thought as he stepped up to refill the only thing that'd been selling all day; sugar-free wintergreens. Yeah, an old woman had stopped by to restock her evidently not endless supply.

We Love the Rain Most

Who: Aetheria, Aurora & Silvia
Where: Ad Gustum
When: Morning

Silvia was definitely going to get used to all of this pampering. She'd only been with the twins for a couple of days but it was pretty much exactly what she'd been after when she had set her kitty self down in front of the humane shelter. Aetheria and Aurora had bought her so many toys she couldn't possibly play with them all in one day (and she'd tried, oh she'd tried) without passing out in one of the fluffy little beds. Though she definitely preferred curling up on one or the other of the twins. Sleeping between them hadn't worked so well since they liked sleeping next to each other, but she'd figured out that if she stretched she could be on both.

Though that owl... Silvia wasn't sure how she felt about the owl that apparently belonged to the Aurora-twin. So when she woke up to find it blinking at her, the patter of rain sounding frm the window behind it, she showed her little teeth in a supposed-to-be-fierce manner before swishing her tail and turning to bat at the fact of whichever twin she was laying on now. Sometimes it was hard to tell the difference between the two unless one was speaking. Because, well, only one of them actually spoke like only one of them could actually see. Whichever one it was, she'd get up and feed her, Silvia's little stomach was growling.

First you reel me out and then you cut the string

Who: Emme and OPEN
Where: Heme
When: Evening
What: Just out and about

Heme. It was a place Emme had yet to visit. It wasn't that she didn't want to go to the bar. Far from it. But she had spent a great deal of time settling into her new place and getting used to the swing of things. Plus there was the fact that she had made friends with Adam, an author she actually enjoyed and was looking forward to stopping in on his class every once in a while. And they didn't just talk about writing, which was also really nice. It felt good to have a friend.

She dressed to go out: long, flowy dark colored skirt and a tank top, her curls piled on top of her head. She looked artsy but that wasn't really her intention. Still, Emme didn't mind. What people thought of her was of little concern. The atmosphere of the bar suited her and she ordered a drink, her favorite type and found herself a place to sit and people watch. It was her favorite hobby and often times ended up in one of her books.

The doors close and it comes to an end

Who: Darcy and Chase
Where: His office
When: Morning
What: A massage

After her doctor had last seen her, he'd set up an appointment for her to get a massage. He said it would loosen her muscles. She was lucky she wasn't going to need much physical therapy. That was the good news. Bad news was that it would still take some time to heal. She could work soon, which was good. Someone had been around to clean up the office and she was grateful for it. It meant she'd be able to start her job at the dojo the next week. Troy had been so kind and understanding. Apparently he and his sister, whom she hadn't met, had been attacked by demons too.

The other bad news was the end of her relationship with Austin. It had been really nice at his house, spending time with him and his adorable little girl. But there were moments were it got too intense and she wasn't sure she was ready for it. Breaking up hadn't really been her intention, but they had been moving entirely too fast. It scared her and she wasn't ready. She needed something slower, especially now that she had to get her life in order.

So she entered the office and filled out the paperwork, always on time and her penmanship perfect. The receptionist ushered her into a room and handed her a soft robe, directing her to undress, leaving her clothes on a stool on the other side of the folding partition. The office seemed nice and she was hoping this would relax her. She hadn't slept much the night before. Not having someone next to her was something she'd have to get used to again. Sitting on the table, she waited for her masseuse, wondering who he or she would be.

Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days

Who: Cedric, Ravyn and Calista
Where: The Girnwoods' townhouse
What: Meeting the sister, proving a point
When: Evening

He'd enjoyed bumping into Kiley earlier in the day and that put him in a good mood. He was looking forward to dinner with Calista, still unsure of what it meant but he would take it as it comes. Cedric wasn't the best at that, but he was going to try. At least, for a little while. So he was dressed in a clean pair of jeans and blue button down, the sleeves rolled up, ready to go out. But first, she was going to be coming to the house. He had mentioned in passing people to his sister that Ravyn seemed to believe were people he'd made up. Seeing as people didn't often come to the house, and not because he had anything to hide, it was somewhat understandable why she believed that. So this was step one to proving he had a life outside the hospital. Step two would be the barbecue.

Sitting in the kitchen, he was making a list of what he'd need to get in the days to come, glad that he could convince Kiley to come. He would extend the invitation to Calista as well, though he thought he remembered her saying something about having plans. Not being sure, he wasn't going to be rude and not ask the girl to come along. It was going to be pretty open. Puck was sitting lazily near by and Balin was batting at something, sensing the there were things on Cedric's mind. Not that he was about to discuss them out loud with his sister in the house. Sighing softly, he glanced at his phone to check the time, hoping that Calista would find the place okay.
