Mr. Edward Ivory of Ivory Hall is pleased to announce the engagement of Mr. Theodore Bear to Mr. Albert Bear, ward of Lt. The Honourable George Colthurst St. Barliegh. The happy date is yet to be announced, but invitations will be forthcoming when said date is decided.

What? For fuck's sake! Why, I was so close Oh, come on now! I was just landing in New Work. I wanted to check out Broadway. And maybe try the pizza. And the nightclubs too. But mostly for Broadway, and maybe looking into the art galleries too. I didn't sign up to be put.. wherever this is.

Edders says I should post here and greet everyone, and so here I am. It is rather odd, this little thing. Anyway. I am Lt George Colthurst St Barleigh. I was on my way from the field hospital when I arrived here. It really is a smashing place, isn't it? Edward says there are lots of very nice people around, and I hope to meet many of you soon.
