Look, I wasn't going to say anything, because causing trouble is just not a thing I actively try to do, but

I don't think the person we've been interacting with for the last few days is Stiles.

I'm not even sure it's a person. I think it might be a vengeful spirit called the Nogitsune. It possessed Stiles before and hurt a lot of people he cared about.

I think it's doing it again.

What's going on for holiday meals around here? Jason and I would love to crash and can be trusted to bring things that don't need to actually be cooked because no one wants that. So this is me, being completely rude (or charming, take your pick), and begging for somewhere to go. We're pathetic strays. Pity us.

As another note, who here is good with tech and IT support? I might've broken my laptop already. I'm terrible at this. All this newfangled technology in 2025.


EDIT: a recommendation on where to buy a replacement coffee table would also be nice.

It's bad that this reminds me of home. But then we'd usually sit on the porch and watch the sky change colors and the storm roll in. What can I say, Iowa didn't have a lot going for it all the time.

I know I've been away from home for a while but I know tornado weather when I see it.

If you're in a building with a basement get to it, but I don't think we have many here. Interior rooms, no windows, bathrooms or closets usually work well. Grab some pillows to cover your head, a mattress if you're able to move one around. Bike helmets are good, too.

Somehow I don't think San Francisco has tornado sirens. Keep a TV or radio on for warnings, the weather people are freaking out but I figure they can still manage that much.

Dads, I'm leaving school, if one of you can write me a note that'd be great. I don't know if they'll close or not, this obviously isn't normal here. Molly is leaving, too.

So, Halloween party. Not something I thought I'd go to. Thanks for talking me into that, Pepper. Also didn't think I'd end up bringing a guest home from the party, but... Here I am. And I can't kick her (?) out.

I interviewed at a few local florists and nurseries, and all of them wanted to hire me on the spot when they learned what I can do with plants, only they want me to sign a "non-compete"?

I just received the first one in my email, and I read it, and it seems really harsh. Anything I grow while employed by them, even if it's at home, belongs to them. I also wouldn't be able to grow plants or make bouquets for friends unless they're sold through the florist.

I was told that I don't have to hide my powers here, but maybe I shouldn't have said anything?

Imagine my surprise at the door entries and winners. I humbly give all credit to Rose, Lissa, and Mason.

The routines are getting a little too boring for my liking so I am offering one on one sessions, though I don't mind a group if there is enough interest:

1. The Russian language. This would be basic conversational sentence structure, common phrases and vocabulary, and nothing too intensive.

2. Hand to hand fighting. We have options as far as locations go but this was more of a one on one, especially against a larger opponent.

3. Driving. Automatic, manual, defensive, and/or offensive. Take your pick.
