We don't really have graduation and prom in my world. Apparently you have things called "promposals" here? I'd like to ask someone, but how big do I need to go?

So like...is everyone seeing super scary ghosts? Which, you know, weird or whatever, but the gang following me around have actually been super chill? I just learned the jitterbug from Ethel, apparently she and her boyfriend got awards for it in the 50s.

Yesterday's impromptu "luau" - that's what it was called, correct? - was a lot of fun! I had fun trying all the different foods!

Now that I’ve been here for a couple of weeks, I have some questions.

- just how many other magic users do we have in The Station?
- those of you with kids, what are you doing for childcare here?

Here I was thinking I had another week* to prepare, and the uninvited guests are not making things easy.

I shouldn't have said yes when they asked me if I wanted to be interviewed for the school's TV news program. Yep. I should have remembered that you can't trust words to come out of your mouth right now.

I've heard the stories. I should have known better than to leave the house. I was just supposed to welcome some new girls to the program, not serenade them.

So, in honor of the first day of spring and the fact that I've submitted my application to San Francisco State University (thank you, Ms Smith for helping me get in under the international deadline), I did some redecorating.

There have been so many advances since the time Edmund and I cam here for. It's honestly pretty incredible, but I find myself feeling a bit at a loss for what to do with myself. I was working toward a career in medicine at home, but I have a feeling I'd have a lot to catch up on to resume my studies here. I'm not quite sure where to start, if I'm being honest.

I suppose it's something to talk to Ms. Smith about, but I was wondering if any of my fellow displaced had any recommendations.

So, according to Ms Smith, I have papers, and this really nice phone, and a new apartment in a gorgeous neighborhood across the country from my home. There's got to be a catch. And everyone's just good with this?
