That moment when you've gotten rid of most of your hobby sets, promised yourself you weren't going to get any more, have actually held to that self-promise, but now aren't quite sure what to do with the time you would have normally spent putting together fiddly bits of plastic.

I saw so many of them on my way to school spray painted on buildings, cars, and lampposts.

Things got rather loud around here pretty fast. And now it's quiet. Is that normal? Or is it just this area? Seems quiet.

I don't know whether to be insulted that nobody sent me cursed flowers or if I should just take the win. I don't know how long this curses thing is supposed to last, but I'm feeling pretty good about my chances right now. Even if I get them I just have to not smell them, right? Easy.

So, yeah, no big deal or anything, but Dick decided to take a nap by the front door and I can't wake him up. So... this kind of thing normal here?

Today is "International Hot and Spicy Food Day" and I am going hunting.

I'm leaving in 15 minutes but anyone is welcome to check in later and see where I am or where I am headed. Food trucks are the goal (on the hunt for really good Mexican) and a good Thai place will be found. I am determined.

I guess it's time to crawl out of my hole. The full moon sucke- My whole routine is off and I hate it. I miss- So I'm going to sound pathetic and ask who the too-early birds are or those who tend to be awake around 4am or 5am hours and aren't busy with trying to get ready for their busy day or something.

It's creepy getting back here alone from the station after a shift. Just someone to meet me halfway or at least closer to here. I'll even buy breakfast if that helps entice.

What's going on for holiday meals around here? Jason and I would love to crash and can be trusted to bring things that don't need to actually be cooked because no one wants that. So this is me, being completely rude (or charming, take your pick), and begging for somewhere to go. We're pathetic strays. Pity us.

As another note, who here is good with tech and IT support? I might've broken my laptop already. I'm terrible at this. All this newfangled technology in 2025.


EDIT: a recommendation on where to buy a replacement coffee table would also be nice.
