Nice to feel like myself again. I can now lift super heavy stuff. And fight fast. And other stuff that I couldn't do while I was.. normal. Nothing wrong with being normal, I'd even lived it before. In my fake memories

But this is a place where I'd need to be at my top best self. A place where sometimes Connor College Boy steps aside a bit and lets The Destroyer handle it. Fortunately, I haven't had to yet except for a few zombies. But the day could come. Or night, really.

For those who don't know me, I'm Harriet Hook, I've been teaching self defense classes here since the early days. There are a lot of people here who have powers or enhancements, but several of us who don't, myself included. We don't need to sit back and assume they will do all the heavy lifting around here, we are just as capable of wielding a weapon or kicking ass with the right training. I'm offering that training. Not a single person in this prison should be weak or helpless.
