Who would I need to speak with about procuring some new books?

I should hope there would still be plenty of books out in the world somewhere.

I don't mean to be so unforgiving, but the state of this library in this place is devastating.

And since we do not have a librarian, I have taken it upon myself to appoint one. That is to say, myself.

I trust no one would have any disagreements about that? If so, I do not mind sharing the work.

More the merrier, after all.

Council:
There is a woman in Everett who is somehow able to lure vampires in and drink her blood, only to be poisoning them with it. The blood is black and the victims seem to die from it. It appears to be 100% fatal, although I suppose that might depend on how much blood is drank. She has a way of compelling them to feed from her. While it doesn't seem to work quite the same on other species, I did feel the urge protect her as well when I encountered her, so her ability to compel isn't limited to vampires.

Buffy & Angel-verse People:
Isabella and I a woman around Everett who can compel a vampire to drink her blood, only for it to poison them. Her ability to compel isn't limited to vampires, but it seems to take on a different version to humans and others, more inspiring a need to protect her. The types of vampires that leave corpses can be found with black fluid coming out of the mouth, ears, and eyes. I suggest, for now, that no one try to engage her, but that especially includes Angel, Spike, and Buffy. As far as I can gather, her blood is 100% fatal to those that drink it. The vampires around her cannot seem to stop themselves from feeding from her, and she encourages it.

I'm sure you've seen everything going on.

This is going to come as a doozy, loves. But Faith has lost her soul. She's in an empty cell, which is heavily guarded. We will get to the bottom of this one way or a bloody 'nother.

Alright, so Faith doesn't have a soul. She's out and she's locked up in an empty cellblock. Sam and Dean are still out there somewhere, right now, they're not really my concern. If we can work with them, maybe we can take this bitch down.

Well I can surely tell I'm not in the right place right now, and I suspect that portal was some kind of Einstein-Rosen Bridge but I didn't have any equipment to take any readings so I can't rightly tell if I'm right or not. This doesn't feel like Pylea and I didn't read any wor No you did not., but I guess it could probably be another Hell Dimension of some kind, right?

I've got a location on her finally. I can have a portal up to her in five minutes, but I warn you I don't know what is exactly on the other side waiting beside our missing Faith.

We have a problem. There's a girl, a fairy in the infirmary. She was attacked by something with 'big' teeth inside the prison and the girl who brought her in, Faye, says there's a message that says 'Death to Fairies' on the wall in Vidia's blood. Whatever did this to her bit out a big chunk of flesh. Right now she's stabilizing but whatever or whoever did this is most likely still in the prison. I'll update you with Vidia's condition.

We have a problem.

I was on my way back to the prison with a friend when we she was attacked by a demon. Big demon. Huge demon. Red and green with scales down it's back, kind of demon. Glowy eyes and I'm pretty sure what looked like horns coming out of it's head.

She's safe but the demon got away.

I miss soft serve. With sprinkles and whipped cream. Perhaps even a cherry on top.

I do apologize. I took the scythe without permission for my own selfish needs and I found myself mixed up with a very bad witch. I've told Faith about it and I'm to help her with whatever she needs for however long she sees fit. I know I did something untrustworthy, but that wasn't my intention. I am sorry.
