BBQ at my place tonight. BYOB, I'll handle the rest. Come by any time after 6.
(( ooc: he wants to do something in honor of the BoH, but won't say it outright. Anyone who knows him well is free to figure it out, though. 💜 ))
I learned something new this weekend. I learned why doctors give new parents a six week waiting period. I learned this, it so happens, by finding out that the Moore family is increasing by at least 1 in nine months.
I have news.
Hi. How much do you love me?
Student: Ms. Hondo, if we get snowed out tomorrow, do we have to turn in the homework?
Me: I don't think we have to worry about that. It's supposed to be relatively warm.
Student: That's what they said when we got over a foot of snow.
Me: ... Do your homework.
I wouldn't say no to another snow day, for the record.
I'm sorry I haven't been checking in enough recently. I'm a terrible friend. How are you both doing? We should get together. I can make dinner!
I know it's last minute, so no big deal if you guys already have plans. Phoebe and I were talking about going out to dinner on Friday this week. Would you two be interested in joining us?
( Cut for image! )
Also, hi. Your birthday is on Friday. Did you know that?
So I know there were a lot of false alarms the last couple of weeks, but they just actually admitted me and gave me a hospital gown so apparently this is actually happening this time. I'm skeptical, because I'm sure I'm meant to be pregnant forever.
But just in case the doctor isn't playing a cruel prank, we wanted to let you know. 🙆🏼♀️
