I ordered "Moving In with Your Significant Other" a few months ago and Amazon was finally able to deliver my package this weekend. After opening it and taking out all of the parts to assemble them, I found that they not only sent me everything I'd been hoping for but way more. I'm very much a lapsed Catholic these days, but I can't help but mention my very favorite Patron Saint's day, today.

I've been watching the news about the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and their strike this past week and it's a bit fascinating. I won't get too into it, because it can be a delicate sort of situation, but I hope it results positively and with some steps forward in our community. Musician salaries have been a hot topic lately and I'm always happy to see some fairness and only marginally because, you know, I like having a savings. 🙃

Anyway, I know that having the CSO striking is unfortunate for ticket holders and some see it as waving our world's dirty laundry in public, but if it makes change, then I'm all for it.
