I didn't mention it then but I wrote a letter to my parents on New Year's Eve. I told them everything that's happened here so far, all about everyone I've met, how Doctor Strange and his fiancé, and a lot about Al. I told them how I have Emma here, too.

I didn't send it, of course. It's just tucked away for a rainy day but it was kind of nice, you know? Like a just in case sort of thing.

I think they'd be really proud of me, though. I'm proud of me, too. ✌

It says something about wedding planning and planning events in general when it takes an unexpected snowfall to actually catch your attention and make you stop for five minutes.

I have a very excited little girl who wants to build a snowman. She requests her parents, aunts, uncles, brother, and friends help her. She says she is building a family, but with Tony as her dad, I'm afraid she is building an army.

So we've set a date, the venue took some bickering but that's set now, and we have an appointment to taste test with a caterer. That's it, right? We're done?
