Your Miss Smith is not easily intimidated. Even I have to admit, I'm a little impressed.

It says something about wedding planning and planning events in general when it takes an unexpected snowfall to actually catch your attention and make you stop for five minutes.

So we've set a date, the venue took some bickering but that's set now, and we have an appointment to taste test with a caterer. That's it, right? We're done?

I made reservations at Alchemy for Wednesday. I thought we deserved a night out and we can start on some of those wedding things since that's a thing people do.

Listen, I will take magical cuddling bears, being late all day, and days of friendly exchanges and gestures over the other thing any day.

Should we worry about anything left behind by our visitor? Physically-speaking. Residual magic or energies?

...And I would ask why I even know these things but then I just look at my fiance and it all makes sense.

I hate street preachers as much as anyone else but starting a street wide singalong of Bohemian Rhapsody wasn't how I'd planned on dealing with them.

The shop will be closed today most definitely.

Tomorrow, we're leaving that up to Ned.

I want to thank everyone who came to the grand opening of our shop this past Saturday. It went better than expected, which is certainly saying something, I think.

Any coupons and discounts are good through the end of July unless Stephen was feeling particularly generous.

The realist in me is waiting for the proverbial shoe drop

I really can't tell you enough how wonderful it was to have you with us. Especially for the shop's opening. And for Stephen your father. I couldn't be more proud to call you my daughter.

Are all the kids arriving because the portal is reminding us that it's the Summer Solstice and it's often meant as a celebration of fertility? That's a bit awkward. And highly unnecessary, really.
