For those of you considering the bus or a taxi out of town? Don't bother. The last bus left and came right back to the terminal as if it had done more than get turned around in whatever plot is at hand here. It's now inaccessible. Three separate taxi drivers drove to the outskirts of town just to immediately find themselves driving into town. There's a train station in a nearby town; however, my attempts have been impeded at very step, including walking.

So, if you've ever wanted to learn to fly, I'm willing to teach you how. (That includes you, Ron.) It's with brooms, not just someone flying on their own. I don't know how to do that, mostly because at home it's.....heavily frowned upon (Mr. Auror, back me up.). Hope and Julia gave me ideas for how to protect anyone who falls off, so it'll be perfectly safe.

And you can't fly very high till you know what you're doing. Cushioning charms can only do so much!

So I got to talking with a group at the SFA this morning, and now I'm wondering if I could use some of this magic snow money (literal, not cocaine 😛) to make an indoor range for people who don't necessarily wanna be out in the elements. I'd keep the fees low. Maybe offer some grub, also for cheap. Just a place to practice. Do some tourneys. Host the re-enactors sometimes.

Alright. I'm apparently in some parallel world to mine where people like me are rare and not the norm. But you all dress the same and speak the same way? And it seems you don't form adventuring parties in your school systems which, while frustrating, it might be nice to learn something aside from spells and putting my life in danger for a school project.

I am also apparently to live with a Mr. and Mrs. Hargreeves? I promise, I won't be much trouble at all. I honestly can take care of myself, really.

I met my daddy today and he gave me cereal for breakfast. Mommy topically makes French toast, but that's okay, mommy says men are too dumb to cook properly anyways.

Snow is so much fun! Pascal and I have been making small figures before I tuck him back into my coat so he can get warm again. I do not mind so much about wearing shoes for this. The ground is very cold.

I found a map waiting for me when I woke up, with a new paintbrush. I followed the directions (I am sorry I was not around for breakfast!) and there is a door in a building and it is not a large space but it is bigger than the room I have been using.

And it is full of painting supplies and drawing supplies. I think it might be for me? I would love to share with you all of course! But have you heard of anything like this happening?

I almost forgot to thank May and everyone else for the awesome Thanksgiving Dinner. I'd say it was just like my mom used to make, but it was honestly better.

I know it's tough for a lot of us, but you really made it feel like home for the day.
