I just finished my last final and am graduating in three days. I'm really not sure how that happened? I feel as though I was moving into my dorm as a freshman just yesterday.

I didn't really tell many people about this, just because it seemed impossible and I assumed nothing would come of it, but -- a couple months back, I was invited to audition for a ballet company out of New York. I did the audition and just was offered a place in the company after graduation.

So. [...] Yeah! It's a thing. Not how I was expecting to start spring break, at the very least. I haven't decided I'm still deciding what I want to do at this point, but I wanted to let people know.

I'm interested.

I've been taking night classes every semester- even summers and winter half terms- since I was offered a (once in a lifetime) full time job with SI halfway through my junior year at University of Dunhaven. I thought for sure that I'd end up graduating at least a year (if not more) behind the rest of my peers because of it, but, somehow, I just got notice that I'll be able to walk after this year's spring term. Right on time.

Deciding not to take a class for my final January term was probably the best thing Past Evan has done for me. I really appreciate her right now.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've been spending every day since Christmas snuggling the puppy my sweet and perfect fiancee got me because he knows me so damn well. :')

I feel like I blinked and suddenly I was already 6 months into this pregnancy and only a few short months away from meeting our son. I'm just going to focus on that instead of all of the other things we need to get done between now and then to be ready for the baby.

For the record, he's sitting somewhere between an eggplant and acorn squash and I am never eating vegetables again. (Okay, that's a lie, but it's weird now.)

Dunhaven has its own little social network and I think that's probably the cutest techy thing I've ever heard of. I'll try to make good use of it while I'm here visiting my sisters for the next few months or so. Just in time for Christmas. How is the holiday down here in Virginia? Events? man this community thing really wastes no time in getting you all on the network grid, does it? I'm only complaining if they put me on some watch list or something (more than my google search results do??), because it actually kind of helps me out.

I'm Syl, i'm new, starting school here soon. anybody know Juliet Hart? Jules, i guess, idk. i don't know much just that she lives here and works for the famous clothing people.

I didn't watch the AMA's because, you know, studying. But I just watched Taylor Swift's performance and while it's all great, the last song about did me in. The song itself, but the dancing. Misty Copeland's dancing career is basically the reason I've told myself I could do ballet despite never growing past 5'1". She is so amazing.

And if that's not enough ballet for you, tickets are on sale now for the Nutcracker at the university! Shows are December 13-15 and it's my last go as the Sugar Plum Fairy before I graduate and have to be an adult, so you should all probably come. 😊
