Hey, Father, listen, I know that no one is gonna want to be my defense, and you're probably included in that, but I'm asking for your help anyway. You're the only one who's even listened to me about my regrets and my anger issues, and whatever other issues I've got. I need help here. Not just with the trial, but in this place. And I don't want to drag Lila down because of their bullshit rules for this game. It's one thing for me to be taken away to who knows where, which, let's face it, is scary as shit, but it's another thing for her to be stuck based on what I did, when she wasn't involved. Since you're the only one who will even listen to me when I try to explain that I'm not right, and that being here really messes with a person, I just wanted to ask.

Figure we might be able to hit him with a drunk and disorderly and get him tossed right back in the can until tomorrow.

Hey, everybody. (I'm back, if y'all didn't see my other post demanding what the hell happened to the kitchen. "A fire" is definitely the answer, so I'll just... be okay with knowing that. I've got a lot of catching up to do.)

Yesterday, Erran and I had a conversation about ways that we can sort of memorialize the people that disappear from the house. I know it happens often, but it still happens, and I'd feel better about marking it somehow. We don't really know what happens to them. I feel like it would be good and kind for us to do something, make some effort to find them (clearly not when there's five feet of snow outside though), and if we can't, then we can memorialize them somehow.

That's about as far as I got in my thought process. Does anybody have any ideas?

So, just to warn people, apparently the prize machine in the basement is giving out STDs. I now have Chlamydia. You guys might want to keep an eye out if you're planning cashing in tickets for prizes.

i'm moving rooms (to the one on the fourth floor between lennon's and jack's). i've started packing up what i can and i'll also bring up what i can, but i'm gonna need help with furniture and shit like that because i am a tiny person (a hobbit, some have said). so i am going to start on it at around 12pm if tptb allow, feel free to join in whenever. cecilia already said she'd help and we could handle it because bitches get stuff done but it might be nice to have someone in the wings in case one of us needs to pee.

don't feel obligated though if you're not up for it, no hard feelings. it's not on you that i wanna explore new real estate options.

Listen up.

This snow is probably going to keep landing hard for a while. As tempting as it might be to wander, everyone needs to stay within sight of the house until it clears up. If you have to go outside, dress in the warmest layers you can. I don't care if you look like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man when you walk out that door, you stay safe.

If the snow gets heavy there's a good chance the power could go out. While we've got it we need to make sure we have the house set to conserve as much heat as possible, so everyone check your windows to make sure they're all closed and locked. If you feel any drafts, we can secure garbage bags over the glass to keep the warm air in and the cool air out. Pull any curtains or blinds in the meantime.

I also suggest we stick to eating mostly perishable foods until the snow stops, and save the nonperishables just in case we're stuck up here with what we've got. I think we all know by now that we don't always get help when we need it, so it's best to be prepared.

For the people on the fourth floor, pay attention to any noises that might come from the roof, or note any water spots or potential leakage.

I'm going out in a few minutes to see if I can't get some wood gathered in case we need to use our fireplaces. If anyone wants to help it would be appreciated. Dress warm, and make sure that whatever you put on is going to keep you dry. Again, stay within sight of the house.

Hey Padre. I wanted to find out if you'd be willing to get a drink and let me apologize for the other day. Even if you're used to dealing with rude newbies, I don't feel right about how that went down.

Snow removal. SNOW REMOVAL. You do it. All the way from the mansion down to town.

But if you're going to be butts about it and say we already agreed to snow removal as part of the maintenance agreement, then at least give us proper equipment. I'd love to dream big and ask for a Bobcat-type skid-steer loader so that we could do the road relatively quickly, but a Bobcat is not for the irresponsible and we seem to have problems with that. But minimum a large snow-thrower attachment on a Craftsman tractor.

I know! I don't trust us with a tractor either! That's why you should do it!

Hey, Father? I know this is weird getting a message from me when you know I'm in a cell, but I woke up with a computer in here this morning. Anyway, I know it's asking a lot for someone to believe that I regret what I did when it only happened yesterday, and people will probably say I only regret getting caught, but I've just been handling getting here really badly, and maybe it's just setting in now that I'm not getting out of here. So aside from an emergency in the middle of the day (Caltrop should be outlawed in this house, is all I'm saying) I have been up here on the third floor cleaning my butt off, and I really have no idea how to get this acrylic paint out of the carpet. Soooo this is a problem that we need to figure out what to do with.

Also, I haven't been outside, but please tell me someone has at least raked? Did anyone solve the yard problem?

hey jimothy so in case you didn't hear, i fell and hit my head pretty bad and i'm on painkillers and concussion watch and ice on my knee and can't move my groin without hissing and it's terrible and aahhh - right now i'm chilling on marco's bed because it was the closest bed to the bathtub where i slipped and fell. because i crashed there last night i can't even remember why, i was tired. (but i think the bottom line was, i wanted a private shower in the morning.)

ANYWAY i guess i'll crash here again tonight because moving is the thing i wanna do most right now so obviously it also hurts like a bitch hell you'd expect it would.

I think this is a big fake-out and They're just going to make us miserable for a couple of days shivering in the wilderness before They bring us back here and ask if we like this place yet. Nobody's going home and nobody's going to be cast away forever. Nobody's going to be killed, either, because would that ever be a waste of Zenith's money.

But if I'm wrong, and I guess I acknowledge that I might in theory be wrong sometimes, then it's been good to know you. You're probably never going to randomly end up in Ottawa but if you do, go find the Galilee Retreat Centre in Arnprior and say hi. We'll open the liquor cabinets for you. (Or not, whatever.) Worst case scenario, please feel free to tell them tales of how saintly and amazing I was and how you're all good Catholics now. I'm pretty sure they won't check up on that.
