Hey y'all!

I'm Gabby, and this is Lily Potter, and she's kinda... halfway done... because she only has one icon right now. I have them, it's just that uploading them is just my least favorite thing to do.

I teach small children and get up at 5:30 in the morning, so I'm a definite believer in threads! (: Let me know if you've got anything in mind/things I should know about Lily and your character(s)!

She is a 5th year Gryffindor. She's a prefect, and is most definitely all about school, being good at school, and being a model student. She's not usually on a soapbox, but it's something she would do. She's a friendly person, so when she's not concerning herself with school, she's fun. She's pretty rotten when she's angry, BUT her friends aren't usually the ones making her angry (maybe they know better?) Even though she spends a lot of time reading and studying, she knows how to have fun. She's a big quidditch fan; she did NOT inherit any quidditch skills, but she likes to watch.

Also, she's gonna save the world one day. Maybe not in as cool a way as her dad did, but she's got lofty plans.

Ok, I was MIA for a few days, so someone tell me everything that's going on please!

Hey friends! I feel like a TONNE of new players have joined just recently, not to mention new characters from established players, and I know I've missed some intro posts along the way, so I just wanted to do a quick hello and rundown of my babies.

I am Sara! 24 (omfg I just typed 23 because even like 6 months in I still do not feel like this age is correct,) Elementary Ed major, RPing basically since birth, blah blah petrichor / baobabble and SavageFlight on AIM.

This is Anais Beausoliel, Beauxbatons Seeker. She's Gabrielle Delacour's daughter with Nicolas Beausoleil, who is a famous Quidditch commentator in France. Anais is sweet and cheerful and extremely zen. She is impossible to rattle, ever. Negativity just rolls right off of her.

Lily Potter ellellpea is a fifth year Gryff whose basic background you all know. Lils is super-dee-duper outgoing and snuggly, hates Quidditch but likes muggle sports like footie and rugby, loves to dance and play and be outrageous, know EVERYONE and will get all up in your bizniz whether you like it or not so it's better to just enjoy it. She has a quest for this year dubbed Project Snog A Yank, which is a slightly deceptive title as she intends to snog ALL the yanks.

Jack Cardew cardont is a sixth year Slyth. He's a muggleborn with a grim history who is as a result prickly and dour, and he has trust and anger issues times eleven. If he doesn't make the Hogwarts team he's going to jump off a tower, possibly literally. I'm hoping someone will shake up his world a bit, LOL.

And Jonni Rosier jonquil is Pansy Parkinson's youngest, a fifth year Hufflepuff who is deeply insecure and wants mostly to please. She's quite sweet, but easily embarrassed or made to feel bad. Cute Boys make her make an eepy noise and blush. Hug her, kthx.

SO PLOT WITH ME NOW PEOPLE.

A bit late time-wise, but I actually WAS at a birthday party the entire day of Hal's birthday (it was a shindig and awesome). Anyway...

Saturday September 3rd was Hal's surprise birthday party. I believe Clover and maybe someone else helped Lysander bake a lot of goods for it. There were also blue hats and such for everyone. There were games and food and drink, but overall...it wasn't very structured. Everyone was invited though!

So, who came? What did they do? You can figure it out here if you want!

Also, Hal got a very large supply of blue ink from Lysander, as well as a blue leather journal with an eagle etched into it. The inside covers were full of ravenclaw-y artwork, and there was a portrait of Hal as well. =D

Hello, new friends!

I am Sara, and I currently have two approved characters here and one on hold, so get used to me, I guess. I'm 24 and I currently work at an OBGYN doing check out/insurance and billing stuff, while going to school part-time for Early Elementary Education (after a four year "break" from the academic thing during which I worked full-time at Starbucks. So yes, I could make you any drink and/or tell you the precise right way to order said drink according to Starbucks protocol. No, I do not want o do so. I've been free from Latte Land for almost six whole months now and it is GLORIOUS. Starbucks patrons are the WORST. Do I mean you? PROBABLY, UNLESS YOU SMILE AND TIP. Buuuuut I digress.)

More importantly, this is Jonquil Rosier. She prefers to go by, and introduces herself as, Jonni, because Jonquil is just a mouthful. Blame her mother, everyone's favourite pug-nosed former Slytherin bitch, for that. Jonni certainly does. She is, with two older siblings (Byron, in his twenties, and Rosalind, a 17 year old who someone should pick up,) both in Slytherin, rather the black sheep of the family...because she's a Hufflepuff. Yes, that's what I said: Pansy Parkinson somehow managed to nurture a Hufflepuff within her oh-so-malignant womb for nine months. Trust she's not happy about it. And Jonni knows it, which is unfortunate since she has a people-pleasing complex a mile wide and Pansy is its genesis. Jonni just wants everyone to like her, dammit. She's really a sweet girl, if a little melodramatic at times and easily led. Friends would be AWESOME, even if none of y'all are playing fifth years yet, woe (on that note...PICK UP FIFTH YEARS, PEOPLE.) Also I'm sort of longing for an older Slytherin boy who would go way back with her family for her to have a (eventually requited or not, whatever works!) ridiculous crush on.

I'm also playing the brilliant, the fabulous, the infamous Lily Luna Potter ellellpea. All of those adjectives are hers, by the way. She's a fifth year Gryffindor and a bit of a wild child, as well as being a study in contradictions. She's very VERY outgoing, LOVES to be the center of attention, and also HATES to be the center of attention (when it comes to her parents.) No, she will not get you their autographs (although she is happy to get you Albus's.) She spent most of her childhood as a supreme tomboy trying to keep up with The Boys, and adores all sports with the sole exception of Quidditch. Yes, really. Although she is an avid flyer and wishes Hogwarts had a Trick Flying Team. It's only in the last year or so that she's started to...shall we say, blossom into womanhood and take advantage of her femininity, mostly to get things she wants and/or embarrass the hell out of her brothers. If you're a Slytherin who would like to have hooked up with her, she is sooooo all for that just to make the entire Potter/Weasley clan cringe. She takes photos of everyone and everything, loooves to dance, refuses to judge people based on their Sorting (and takes huge issue with anyone who DOES,) and simultaneously wants to be her parents and to be nothing like them at all. Also, she wants a pony really badly. (And while we're on the subject, if someone happened to pickup Hugo with a PB of, say, Daniel Flaherty to be her BFF/cousin-in-crime/Huggybear, I would give them a bazillion noogies and my eternal love.)
