Wow, I've seriously fallen into the Massive Fail category here. >> Between being sick and attempting to find a job (newsflash: the job market sucks), I keep checking the game with all intentions of activity, but then lacking the brain to do said activity.

THAT WILL CHANGE NOW.

I've missed a lot of intros (that will change now too, I PROMISE), so instead of overwhelming myself by going back and replying to everyone, wherein I'll say pretty much the exact same things over and over again, I'm just gonna reintroduce my kiddos here. WE WOULD ALL LOVE PLOT, KTHNX. :)

So, I'm going to go ahead and step up to help break this comm's cherry. :D

Hi, my name's Brandi, I'm 27 and, due to the job market sucking, am currently a housewife who is searching for a job. Preferably something in education, which is my chosen field. So I'm around varying amounts, depending on how the job hunt's going and what my hubby and I are doing. I'm not around too much in the evenings and weekends because of that, but I try to be around as much as I can without, y'know, ignoring the hubby. :)

AND I have one character here (... so far). This is Catherine Hooper, but please call her Catie (NOT CAT, Catie!). She's the daughter of Geoffrey Hooper and Victoria Frobisher, and she has an older brother Douglas (Dougie) who was a Gryffindor up through the last school year, as he finished Hogwarts last June. She's a Ravenclaw 6th year, and she's hoping the mods choose her as a Prefect. ;D (She's also gunning for Head Girl, but that's a year off.) Her full bio is here, but the basic rundown is: stubborn, know-it-all, leader-not-a-follower, easily annoyed by idiocy. If she's a prefect, don't expect her to let you just slide by because you're cute.

Chances are pretty good that you've seen her around the school with one of her two guitars (Lennon and McCartney). She loves to play, and she's really good at it, too. Usually, if she's not studying or hanging out with friends, she'll find somewhere around the school to sit down with a guitar and just play.

I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE friends for her, as well as enemies, frenemies, whatever. I have in her history that she got her heart broken last year, so she's currently more focused on her studies than on boys, if anyone wants to be the one to have broken her heart (the details of which I'm completely flexible on, it doesn't have to have gone down the way I have it in her history). Or, y'know, if you don't have three characters yet and want to pick up a boy to have broken her heart, that's cool too. ;)

And she's really looking forward to meeting the foreign students this year. :)
