Hey guys! I'm Alison, and I'm one half of the mod team. A bit about me. I'm 21 and a rising college senior, majoring in East Asian Studies with a focus on Japan and minoring in film. I live and go to school on the East Coast, putting me in Eastern Standard Time. I am generally always around though, unless I have to be at work at the crack of dawn. But on to more important things~ I play three here because my willpower does not exist.
This one is James Potter, 7th year Gryffindor. The two main things you need to know about James: he takes upholding the Potter name very seriously and he is basically a dumb puppy. James is a sweetheart with a huge hero complex and need to Do The Right Thing. He would legit do almost anything for you, and he doesn't really know how to be selfish. He's more even tempered than his parents, and he has a huge fear of disappointing people so he does his best to be what he thinks people want him to be. The downside of this is that he doesn't really know who he is, so he is prone to angsting and feeling sorry for himself even though he really isn't very good at making decisions for himself and tends to let people tell him what to do. And this summer, when he was trying to ~discover himself~, he ended up cheating on his girlfriend (aggrieved). So. He won't be doing that anytime soon. But basically, James is a good guy, even if he is less loud and brash than the usual Gryffindor.
Avery Warrington (starcircling) is my 6th year Hufflepuff. Avery is loud. She is super friendly, very outgoing, easily excitable, and just prone to spazzing all over the place. She's got a good deal of Gryffindor in her, but her loyalty is what got her in Hufflepuff in the first place. Avery also really loves a) giving makeovers and taking people shopping and b) doling out relationship or boy advice that no one asked her for. Yeah. She's that girl. She means well, even if she can be overwhelming at times. Avery's also more into the party scene than my other two, and she's not always very good at sticking within her limits. She's got a bit of a reputation for being a little wild, but she really only acts out because she has very little freedom in her homelife. Her parents have really outdated views on how society works, so she expects to just be married off once she leaves school.
And lastly, there's Penelope Smith (guardedline), 6th year Slytherin. Penelope is probably indifferent to you, honestly. She's a lot like her father in some ways. Penny is very independent, and this means she probably doesn't give a shit if she offends you. A bit of a bitch? Yeah, maybe, though Penny can't be bothered to care. She's not really as bad as she sometimes comes off; her big problem is that she tends to address everyone the same way so sometimes it can be tricky if she's just teasing or if she really thinks you're a waste of her time. Penny's got a lazy streak and really isn't a fan of wasting her time, so she tends to get right to the point. The other big thing about Penny is that she's gay. But she is crazy, crazy far in the closet so this is not even remotely close to common knowledge. BUT what this does mean is that she dates a lot in order to hide it. So, if you are a boy from a respectable family, she has probably asked you out because Penny does not like to play the whole passive lets-wait-for-him-to-ask game. Unless you're into that; in which case she'll do whatever it takes because, sup, Slytherin.
So yeah. That's my harem. I am really bad at summing characters up. I am up for anything with any of them, and I look forward to playing with you all &hearts
