I just spoke with Mehdi and he wanted me to let you all know that he and Nadia landed safely. Also, they did make it to Nadia's mom's house and it [...] went about as well as expected. He and Nadia will be flying back in tomorrow and Nadia will be staying in Dunhaven, presumably on a permanent basis. He said that he sincerely appreciates how everyone has rallied around Nadia and himself in such a supportive way. He's on his way back up to their room now, so I'm not sure how accessible he will be until they're back home, but he wanted to make sure to check in since he knows everyone was waiting for news.

Love you guys. If you need anything at all while Mehdi is gone, I'm here, even if it's just some quiet company and a really good glass of wine.

I just talked to Mom and I'm sure she'll be relaying this to you guys too, but I wanted to tell you since it was happening because of me. I asked her if we could postpone Thanksgiving, mostly because Nadia won't be in Dunhaven on Thanksgiving day and with it being the first big holiday, it was important to me (and to her, I think) that she be able to be involved.

But also because it looks like I won't be here on Thanksgiving because it looks like I'm going to Las Vegas to deal with her mother.

Hello my lovelies. Exciting things are ahead for Cozy Cottage Bed & Breakfast. We're doing a little renovating, which won't impede on guest stays at all - so no worries there - but will improve the overall quality of each suite. Renovations should be done by the new year.

Nadia, lovely beautiful talented new niece of mine, what are you doing this afternoon?

I am not good at social media. Never know what to put in or how to use it effectively. But I need to learn. The kid is going to grow into this and I should be ready. So here goes.

I'm Daniel. Just moved here and currently at the Cozy Cottage, though I'm signing papers for a rental on Monday. It's just the kid and I, and we'll be learning more about this place through the weekend, I hope. Is that enough? How do I send

A few months back I threw up a getting-to-know you question and answer post that ended up being a lot of fun. I was thinking of doing something similar, but didn't want to do the exact same thing. I've always thought music has been a great way to know more about yourself and the people around you, so here comes round two:
