Hey, can you keep an eye on Lia?

Heading out to explore one of the doors.

I don't want her to think all her family just left with Sam and me going on the mission.

DERRICK

My teams are heading through one of the doors. Can you keep an eye on Lia and make sure she is okay? Both Sam and I are going.

Okay, who had random trip to the past and a ship they haven't seen in on their Poseidon Bingo Card^TM*? Because it sure as hell isn't on mine.

[*OOC Note: Future 2 kids would likely know that Rory developed new Poseidon bingo cards sometime before, you know, the Poseidon went boom 26 years from now. She would have given one to anyone who was interested in their future.]

I volunteered for this mission, just to see how things work. Don't worry, I'll be careful. I've set the girls up in one of the stables at the castle. They can come and go as they please. But if you and Haku want to go and say hi, you're more than welcome.

Going out on this mission, just to see if I want to volunteer permanently for one of the teams. Don't worry, I heal fast if anything happens.

That’s two rounds of promotions I’ve managed to escape.

Lieutenant is the only rank for me. Just putting it out there; I would make a terrible commander. Awful. The Worst.

After spending some time in a few different departments, I have officially moved into a data analyst position. I’m looking forward to digging in and to working with everyone else in the intelligence division.

Everyone get rest. Landing on the planet will take all of doing our parts.

• Erica will be at the helm.
  
• Maverick, Ice Man, and I will be in fighters, making sure nothing gets close as we land; there are reports that sometimes there are things in the atmosphere we need to watch out for; you have the specs on your tablets.
  
• Starbuck, you'll be taking the first group - command down to the planet in one of the shuttles and double-checking everything is ready for us when we land.
  
• Paul, you'll be backing up Erica as needed, we might need two people at the helm.
  

Quite the ship you have, much bigger than I'm used to, but with less armaments. I guess that comes from not having a war raging for a thousand yahrens.

Name's Starbuck, I'll be one of your pilots. I have nothing to do with the Earth coffee houses, before you ask. Never even had a coffee... hot bean juice sounds awful.

Are there usually so many daggits— dogs running around?

I'm writing this because if I say anything I will burst into song. Many of these pranks the ship pulls on me seem music-related, I think it wants me to quit my day job and become a singer full time.

Our next cooking class at The Test Kitchen on Tuesday will feature local Blissorian delicacies and we'll be joined by a chef from one of Blissoria's most innovative restaurants.
