Apologies if he has taken anyone's juggling balls, because that was when this started. He really loves to catch things just about exactly that size.

I've always had people to do my shopping for me; I never imagined it would be something that I would enjoy so much.

Man, those Peach Margaritas are deadly. Did I tell people I was metal Jesus? I might have said that more than once.

The funniest thing is, today is my birthday and I feel so partied out from last night that I don't think I can pick myself up and do it again two nights in a row, that's what old age gets you.

Last night's beach party was a wonderful start to our shore leave. While we can't mandate fun, the Atlas crew has ship repairs under control, so try to enjoy shore leave. (Yes, I know this is hilarious coming from me, but even old dogs can learn new tricks.) If you don't do well with relaxing / doing nothing, there's lots of opportunities for hiking & excursions and learning new skills.



Alright, so who's coming with me on Monday's cooking charters? 4 days, multiverse cooking classes? All the dad jokes you can handle? What more could you want?

That mission was cool. I was able to use my shine to 'talk' down a kidnapper. I could have done more, made him a cluck like a chicken or dance. I showed restraint. And then I'd like to think I made everyone want to dance when I returned and started up a band.
That was days ago though. What's cool today?

Without getting into details -- this week and next week are difficult for me, and I'm in need of a distraction.

I know Easter is like one of those holidays that you only care about it your religious -- I'm not, for the record -- but in the UK it's also just a massive thing where you are meant to spend time with your family. Sadly, my only family that's still here, aside from Harry, are those that I've chosen to become so, which I think is the case for a lot of us.

So here's my proposition: everyone who wants to participate, let's get together in the park on Sunday and have a huge dinner. I'll even bribe Harry into helping me make a magical Easter egg hunt for afterward. Though no idea what that actually entails yet. I just made it up. But it sounds fun, right?

Today is World Otter Day!!! This is a day set aside to celebrate otters everwhere. Otters are cute and cuddly and so much fun to watch. Here is an example. You can also celebrate by reading a book about otters or perhaps watching a nature documentary about otters. However you choose to celebrate, have a happy one!

This has been quite a day. I woke up to the sound of something butting against my door and guess who I found outside? This is Milo. He was my dog when I was a kid and once bit a girl who said I was stupid. I swear I didn't tell him to do it, he's just that loyal. I guess it's not just cats who have nine lives.
