I managed to catch some of the hynotized passengers on video yesterday. It's a language I don't think I've ever heard. Can anyone else translate?

This is enough to give a guy a headache. Not my first exposure to the multiverse, but it's definitely my first time in a spaceship.

Hi people of cabin 32! If you don't know me, which is fine because I think only my mom does, I'm Hawthorne! I've got a question for you guys. Outside my door is a ladder, and it leads up to a loft. Would you guys be okay if I turned that into a reading space slash work space? If you guys want to make it something else and already were planning to call dibs on it, that's cool, too. It just has a nice feel to it, and I thought it could be a good spot for that. But I can make my bedroom work, too.

I also heard a bit of advice I don't think was meant for me? So to whoever needs to hear it, per the Poseidon, always use a bigger bowl than you think you need, don't forget to drink water, and it might be time for a stretch break. (Maybe the ship is trying to help everyone with self care.)

Oh! Sloane! I think the new coffee shop could be a nice place for book club! We're still doing that, right?

Now that I've been here for a few days and settled in a bit, I might as well formally introduce myself.

My name is Kelly Grayson, and I'm a First Officer in the Planetary Union. I've recently arrived here, and I've been taking a couple of days to get used to the ship. I'm no stranger to space travel, but this is definitely a bit different from what I'm used to. For starters, this ship is much bigger than Orville, which is where I'm serving back in my world.

I'll be working as a diplomat, which works pretty well for me, as that's close to what I did back in my world.

Once I've settle a bit more, I'd love to maybe go get drinks and have a little fun.

I was waiting to see if this stuck before introducing myself. I recognise a lot of names from my previous tenure in Atlantis. For those who don’t remember me, I’m from a world where all kinds of supernatural beasties are real and they’re usually out to get me and my brother, Dean. He isn’t here yet though. But I expect he’ll show up at some point. He usually does. I’m working with the tech crew and on Echo team.

I guess a part of being assigned a job in communications is to communicate with others. So here I am, communicating. Hello.

[ Eddie's way of speaking has always been pretty dramatic, but today he's clearly trying to sound like a stereotypical news anchor. ]

[ He tries to stifle a nervous laugh. ] That's right: space has a seven-foot Cookie Monster, and take it from an expert — if you have masklophobia, stay home! Lock your doors! Pray to your gods the giant muppet doesn't find you!

Not to, you know, cause a panic or anything. He seems nice. [ Then, muttered under his breath: ] Nice in the same way Bigfoot would be if he was handing out snacks and towering over you.

🍪 — COOKIE MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes. Cookie Monster (he's 7" tall) keeps popping up all over the ship and throwing cookies at people screaming about his birthday.

I'm still not fully convinced that I haven't succumbed to a fever if I'm being honest.

To the people who greeted me when I arrived my apologies, I genuinely thought I had been kidnapped, hence the screaming, I've calmed down now.
