I'm not sure if she's left or if she's just avoiding me. I haven't seen her in weeks.

Laurel says I have to have a party so I guess like come if you want. I'm turning 19 on Tuesday. And provided things are alright then, I guess I'm having a party in one of the ballrooms or something.

This isn't the Capital doings....I know this, I just need to keep telling myself this.

I have no idea what to make of this place sometimes.

Sometimes I think it's better than home, other times it gives me flashbacks definitely isn't. But at least there aren't any Games here, right?

So the only medical facilities in this place are populated by people who don't talk. And because no one can ever read a doctor's handwriting (ha ha), I thought maybe I could do one better. so I've taken up a kind of residency at the Take Care Clinic, at 3765 S Las Vegas Blvd - across from the Mandarin.

So stop by. It's pretty quiet cause I'm the only one here who talks but I like it fine that way.

I am beginning to grow disinterested in 'the Strip' already. I'm sure my opinion is shared with many, but I find it so devoid of substance that it feels as though remaining here might be slowly cause my mind to rot.,,

I think my favorite thing about this place is Starbucks, so far. I hope the team is doing alright in LA.

Nothing screams the start of another cycle like watching people getting drunk, and maybe messing with them a little and maybe partaking in some of the festivities as well.

I'd say that I'm completely hungover, but that would be a lie, yeah?

I was wondering if there was a Miss Dinah Lance around? It appears that we're roommates.

I know it's a difficult time of year to be away from the ones that we cherish the most. That in certain ways, their absences might have left the last few days feeling a bit empty; a bit hollow -- not put most of us in mind for the Christmas spirit at all.

But it's always important to remember and be thankful for what we have and do what we can to help others here who are maybe struggling a little bit. It can be Christmas any day, anywhere, and with anyone as long as there is friendship and hope.

I'm not really sure what Christmas is, but I hope everyone had a good holiday. I spent the day making cookies and looking for Katniss and there are way more than I could ever eat, so if anyone would like some, just let me know.

Someone told me that Katniss was here, but I haven't seen her. And I'm getting a little worried. I'm still not sure this isn't just some weird Capitol plot, or...or really if this is just all in my head and you're all just figments of my imagination
