Our office is pleased to announce that due to the securing of our city borders, the hard work of our soldiers to reduce zombie population, and the increased vigilance given by our APD, Austin's curfew will be moved from 7PM to 9PM. This change is effective beginning January 5, 2020.

All,

Please see the attached documentation Ms. van Eeden received from Denver this morning. It details the current water grid throughout the United States as well as the need to supplement with additional resources when able. We have untapped water resources within our city limits as well as opportunities to leverage local rivers, lakes, and eventually Texas coastline.

I have indicated in yellow the section that proposes the connection between our downtown water plant and that of Tulsa's and then, in purple, the proposal regarding the spring within the Greenbelt district. If we accept the proposal to leverage the spring for city and national water supply, utility buildings will need to be built on the site marked in green, located in the center of the district. The district's borders will be shifted accordingly and compensation will be provided to the city and district. We'll lose access to a natural recreational area, though there are many more within the region that we can look to reclaim, and any citizens still living in the indicated region will need to find new housing with the assistance of government funds.

We need five votes in favor of this proposal in order to move forward. I will vote on this measure myself.

Citizens of Austin,

As we begin to move forward from the tragic incidents experienced during the September 2019 events, our office is nearing the completion of its investigations. Our intent has been to determine probable causes, identify known and likely catalysts, and create plans for prevention.

We know that as the days pass and people fall to the virus, we are losing important and loved members of our community. Know this is not something that I or this office takes lightly. The nature of our world today is such that blanket promises cannot be made, but our goal is to honor their lives with improved prevention, security, and city-wide strength.

We have been in contact with state and city heads from other regions within the United States as well in order to learn more about and identify best practices. Barricade reconstruction and reinforcements continue in earnest and the information we've gathered has led to an improved understanding of the nature of the zombie virus and how it spreads.

It occurs to me now that since the interview project is now sponsored by the Department of Vital Communications, we ought to show a little bit more of our side of the story. I value the insight the interviews have given us, especially the features that focused on those on the cusp of society during the city's previous era, but there's only been one interview that focused on someone who had been a part of Austin's main society. I would think there should be balance in order to avoid bias.

This place I crash has what's easily Austin's biggest collection of books on the topic of secret government projects, the Illuminati, and anything to do with aliens that you can imagine. The CIA has a secret space program. And yeah they totally have space-treaties with extraterrestrials, who may or may not live on Mars. Or it might be that we have a secret base on Mars. The author isn't sure of anything except that something hinky is going on over on the red planet next door. The proof? Well that part seems to have been left out. But c'mon it's always aliens, man.

It's almost December. Such a volatile time of year and the skies are no exception.

It is no wonder that they chose this month, for the Star of Bethlehem is unmistakeable. But is this guiding star really a star? There is some debate but those that know the skies best think that it really was the convergence of two planets. A miraculous sight to be sure. Venus and Jupiter colliding. This won't happen this December. It already happened in July.

I missed it because I was high

But what of this December? Geminid meteors will shoot across the sky like glitter and there will be a full moon on Christmas.

Please let me know if you'd like to know more. I would be happy to share. The sky is for all of us. It is our constant companion.
