Hi everyone. Tom, some of us have met. Many of us haven't yet, but yeah. I guess recent events mean we will soon.

With limited scouts and all, I figured I'd better pick up some requests for those that can't go out themselves anymore. Or for now. Want anything besides the essentials you gotta let me know, is all. Hygiene, makeup, uh, all that other stuff. Grayson, I'm looking at an essentials list coming from your direction, sir. Butterfly bandages for me, damn. I've got the worst timing, haven't I?

I'll be hanging around the shelves where the old tax ledgers used to be if you want to get me more detailed instructions, or whatever.

I've decided that the events of Austin, Texas should be preserved and the history written.

For this reason, I ask you all to be a part of this project. No matter what shelter you belong to, what place in Austin you call home I'd like to assemble everything I can get my hands on.

What I'll ask first is; Do any of you have anything to add to this collection?

I will be taken items, letters, stories...pictures.

Please bring these things to Nate at the LBJ. Or, I'll come and pick them up. Either way.

Looks like the blobs have stopped raining down and the sun's out.
Question?
Will they dry up like blisters in the sun and after they do, will they remain splotch's of disease staining our Austin? How long is the virus virulent on these...blob stains - For lack of a better term?

With the weather being what it is, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you fine ladies and gentlemen of Austin that the LBJ Presidential Library shelter does take in and have facilities and contingencies in place for infected persons.

The governmental offices have been mighty clear on the topic of the blob rain, but I'll repeat them: they're infectious, and it would be wise for even the immune to stay away from them.
