In light of recent altercations with the cat gang in the North Loop, I strongly suggest that anyone leaving camp doesn't do so alone. Last night two of our own were abducted by members of Los Nahuales, and our men witnessed them carting around weapons that look like they mighta been a gift from Big Brother himself. I predict a pattern of escalating violence will continue until these cats have been crushed outta this town. Dogs, buddy system. If you don't have a patch, I suggest you bring escorts with you on all excursions out of the Park. Escorts should leave their cuts at home. You ain't gonna be keepin nobody safe with a target on your back, brothers. Everyone be smart and stay safe.

Most of you should have heard the good news by now. The Austin Police Department has closed the case on the Supply Scout Annihilator over at UMCB. Therefore, we have decided that it is finally time to revert back to our original curfew.

As a reminder, regular hours are between 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM. During the winter, it is set from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Keep in mind that the doors will not be opened again until the following morning if you're late. Female scouts may help with supply runs again, but we do still recommend going out in pairs. Stay safe. Remember it best to avoid raiders, Ghouls, and Capitol patrolmen. If you run into any trouble, you have my number.

Only visitors are required to fill in the sign-in sheet from here on out.

I'd like to thank everyone who'd attended and helped with the ceremony yesterday. Gray Wolfe was a wonderful, kind, and courageous leader who'd loved and looked out for all of us. We will forever have him within our hearts and our memories.

I know this is a difficult time right now, but, as with any hardship, we must look towards the future. No matter what you hear, you must remember this: Gray's death is on the Capitol. They are the ones who took our leader from us and we will not forget it.

With that being said, I ask you not to act impulsively. Don't let your emotions control you. We cannot trust the Capitol, but we must handle this matter with care. If you run into Capitol men outside, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. They are dangerous and cannot be trusted.

I also advise all of you to continue being wary of both Hellhounds and Ghouls as well.

Now that Gray has passed, Savannah will be taking over his position. Please lend her your support as the shelter's new leader. I will be filling in the role of second-in-command to better assist her with her new duties.

If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to me. The family is still in mourning, so it would be appreciated if you could continue to give them as much privacy as possible. Thank you.
