I'm Captain Greenling. I was in Austin a few months ago and left to attend to personal affairs. I've settled back in Austin now.

Previously, I was asked by members of multiple groups for medical aid due to my training as an army nurse. During my tours I dealt primarily with field injuries and in trauma centers. While I cannot guarantee my physical presence, I will do what I can do to help.

Most of you may have already heard the news about the recent incident over at the University Medical Center Breckenridge. If not, you might have seen the public notice posted by the Austin Police Department yesterday. There is an ongoing investigation happening right now. For your personal safety, we have implemented a few temporary changes to the current security policy.

1. Curfew is now from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. All entryways will be locked and will not be opened again until the following morning.
2. Supply runs have been reduced to once a week. Male scouts only. You must travel with at least one other person.
3. It is strongly advised to avoid the area near or surrounding UMCB for anyone who decides to venture out during the day.
4. In addition to showing your I.D. cards, everyone who enters or leaves the shelter is now required to fill in the sign-in sheet.

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. We will try to answer them to the best of our abilities.
