You’re all aware of our current situation regarding the twenty patches that went rogue. I’ve been informed by the Mayor that APD will be stopping anyone with a patch and questioning them. So while you’re out on the streets be prepared to be stopped and remember that we’re trying to maintain a hold on the little bit of good will we’ve been given by the government types. Anyone found starting shit with them will have to answer to me.

We will be increasing our patrols around the city in an effort to catch the rogue Hellhounds. If any of you have been in contact with them or have seen them, please let myself or one of the other officers know. It is in our best interest here to put every last ounce of energy we have into getting these guys off the streets.
