A friendly reminder to all Carson's customers.
I do have a standing policy that my staff is allowed to be just as helpful and polite to you as you are to people on my property. It's very European.
Of course if you ever feel you have been unjustly treated by my staff I'm more than happy to listen and review footage to determine an appropriate course of action.
