At approximately 3:30 AM, the kitchen of Hunter Tyler's home in the Cedarwood neighborhood erupted in flames. The fire quickly worked its way through the house and the fire department responded to a call by 3:40 AM. A truck was dispatched, but by the time they arrived, the fire had spread throughout the entire house. They were able to put out the flames, but the structure of the house was compromised.

Hunter Tyler was asleep during the fire, but managed to wake before the fire had crossed into his room. All three of his dogs were in the basement of the house and escaped through the dog door provided for them. He was minorly injured from cuts and burns after ensuring that his dogs were safe. He was treated for his wounds and smoke inhalation.

At this time, the cause of the fire is unknown.

On Monday, June 25th, 2018, Hunter Tyler found himself standing in front of the Municipal Building. He paced dazedly back and forth for a few minutes until the door banged or someone's car backfired. He snapped to and headed inside, asking to speak with someone to do the voluntary interview, neglecting to mention that he would prefer to speak with Officer Cox or Officer Wolfe.

Instead, he was asked to take a seat. And eventually, he was lead back to a room for questioning. He was visibly shaken. His eyes are sunken from lack of sleep. He's dehydrated, judging by the indents in the pads of his fingers. His hair is messy, but he's showered in the past few days. It's obvious, however, that he is not taking care of himself.

If he's made to wait a while somewhere quiet, it is not unlikely that he would doze off.

WHEN: Friday, June 22nd. Evening.
WHERE: Mitzi’s.
SUMMARY: Ty asks to meet Tony somewhere to talk. He confesses that he doesn’t know what happened the night of the party. Tony gives advice.
WARNINGS: Mentions of death, feelings of guilt and anxiety.

( Look, I recommend being honest. And coming in to talk. I also recommend maybe getting in touch with a lawyer if you can. )

WHO: Blaze Wolfe and Hunter Tyler
WHEN: June 19th.
WHERE: The Wolfe house/Blaze's room.
SUMMARY: Following the plea for voluntary interviews, Ty is spurred into action to confess his concerns to Blaze. Namely that he believes he's responsible for murdering Moira MacTeer while sleepwalking.
WARNINGS: Descriptions of anxiety, mention of murder, discussion of illness and sleepwalking.

( Just because it’s happened and another person has done it doesn’t mean that’s what you’re doing. You’ve never been violent before, Ty. Tons of people have motives for killing Moira on purpose. )

WHO: Ted Lynch and Hunter Tyler.
WHEN: April 29th, 2018. Evening? (I think.)
WHERE: Mitzi's.
SUMMARY: Ted and Ty talk through the network and it's not going well. So Ted visits Ty at Mitzi's.
WARNINGS: None. Possibly minor language.
( He didn’t know how to explain everything that was going on. That he’d fallen asleep and dreamt of a time when he’d been happy only to wake to one of the biggest mistakes he’d ever made. )

that scientists define sleep as "being still and having little to no reaction to attempts to awaken". some animals that require little to no sleep include:

giraffes- to avoid falling prey to predators, they do not lie down to sleep. they rest while standing, sleeping in increments of five minutes, and usually only sleep for up to about thirty minutes per day. they have the shortest sleeping requirement of any mammal.

Following THIS, Hunter Tyler hiked from his house in Cedarwood over to Hashtag Houses. Instead of taking the usual 15 minutes or so, it took him nearly an hour. By the time he got to Juliet MacLaver's apartment, he was completely soaked, despite his attempt at an umbrella and his raincoat, and covered in mud (from having fallen several times.)

He was let into her apartment where Ty helped Juliet back to the couch and then proceeded to inspect her foot. After mindfully pulling out the shard of glass, he cleaned her foot, made sure that the cut wasn't too deep, and then superglued her skin together. :| He bandaged/wrapped her foot.

Then he passed off the flashlight, extra bandages, and a power bank for her phone. He also left her with a bag of cookies because those always make him feel better when he's not feeling great.

After Ty left Jules' place (still covered in mud), he headed for Mitzi's to see if Kennedy needed help.

WHEN: I have no idea. Nae?
WHERE: Ty's house.
SUMMARY: Blaze checks on Ty from time to time to make sure he hasn't burned the house down. He's over at a good time because Ty was definitely in the process of burning the house down with pizza boxes.
WARNINGS: Length, Disney Princess behavior, possible language, dogs, mention of Ty's grandparents deaths. Uh, I think that's it?

SUMMARY: Danny realized that Ty's his cousin and tracks him down at Mitzi's to meet him.
WARNINGS: Language, reference to the passing of family members, and I think that's it. Sadness. Confusion. If I missed something, let me know and I'll add it here.

the faire has been a lot of fun. i met a really nice sheep on friday. he had some good advice and mitzi's stand is doing really well. i'm not allowed to make the waffles, but someone said i do really well with taking money, so i guess that's okay.

At approximately 6:30pm on April 26th, 2018, Hunter Tyler managed to sleepwalk his way over to the Lynch farm. He opened the gate pen holding back their dairy cows and let them free. He stood there for a while in a daze and then laid down in the grass. :(

Anyone over by the Lynch farm is welcome to have seen him headed that way or noticed that he was out of it, whatever you want.

The cows, however, have been roaming. They are headed for downtown Fall City. Some have scattered, some have stuck together, whatever cows do--they're doing it.

This resulted in a call to the police department. Someone has to round up the cows and figure out who let them out in the first place.

Sucks to be you, Tony.



Side note: this idea is definitely the brain child of Patty and Nae; I'm just making it happen.
